The scope of work involved creating the whole app, including designing how it looks, building the backend, and ensuring everything worked smoothly. The main goals were to have a fully working app, a simple and easy-to-use design, and a smooth experience for users. We wanted the app to be easy for thousands of people to use. 7Span helped us a lot and ensured everything turned out as we wanted.

The project was a success. Liquify went from just an idea to a working app. Most beta users liked the design. The app runs well because the backend is strong. Team 7Span helped us a lot and worked with us closely. Now we have a full product ready to use.

Working with 7Span was great. Only thing that could be better is faster follow-ups with outside partners. That would help avoid delays. But overall, everything was really good and we’re happy with their support.

• We have a complete functioning website that is widely used across the world
• We have amazing tools and visuals for our users to use and conduct research

• 7Span was dillgent in their project managent using Github, Excel, and Slack as the main tools to track open items, comments, bugs, etc. 
• 7Span held virtual weekly stand up meetings and were readily available via Slack for online messaging
• 7Span worked quickly and delivered on goals timely, often times quicker than our team expected
• 7Span never told us no. In the past we worked with other vendors who told us what we wanted was not possible. 7Span helped us acheive our dreams and worked to find solutions to our obstacles. They were flexible to our requests and open to ammending contracts and proposals when needed.

7Span offers a wide range of services and skills. This made it easy for us to rely on 7Span whenever a problem or additional need arose. They are not just CMS experts (our initial ask), they are application and web development experts, brand experts, SaaS experts, design experts - the list goes on and on! On top of that, they are extremely client-service focused. This really helped our relationship develop from client - vendor to client - partner.

N/A! Our project wouldn't be the historic, unique, and comprehensive resource it is today without their work and partnership.

The Truision website needed a significant update to comply with USA laws concerning access for users with disabilities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

7Span applied significant technical expertise in refining the underlying structures, user experience, presentation, and underlying coding, tagging and compliance to measurably improve the site usability.

The 7Span team defined the scope carefully, mapped out each of the changes to be made, implemented the changes, presented the updated site for review. An Agile approach was taken, with rapid sprints and updates made that we can review and provide feedback. Progress was exceptional and quality was excellent.

Several team members were involved, covering developers coding, designers providing updated designs and layouts as well as Quality Assurance staff doing independent QA.

The website updates were awesome, the project was completed ahead of expectations, and the quality was noticeably high and consistent.

Figma is used for changes to prototype and share early versions, frequent updates were provided and overall quality and speed was exceptional and appreciated.

Technical skill and design skills are world-class at 7Span. We are continually amazed by 7Span's cutting-edge design, care and commitment in delivering excellence to their customers. Lastly the internal culture is one that leads to teamwork, responsiveness and care in the delivered product.
