7Span’s work helped us improve workflow efficiency, client data organization, and reduce manual work. The team moved important client management, investment records, transaction tracking, and statement-related processes into a structured digital platform. This made it easier to manage client information, review transaction history, and access monthly or yearly statement data in one place.One of the biggest improvements was automation around client statements and reporting workflows. This reduced the need for manual preparation, helped improve accuracy, and saved time for internal teams. The CRM functionality also improved visibility into client records and made ongoing client management more organized.We estimate that the team saved roughly 60%–70% of the time previously spent on recurring reporting and client management tasks. Before the system, tasks like managing client records, reviewing transaction details, preparing monthly or yearly statements, and coordinating investment-related information involved more manual work and back-and-forth. After 7Span implemented the CRM, transaction management, and automated statement workflows, much of that information became easier to access, manage, and generate from one centralized platform.For the website design and development projects, the measurable success was reflected in more professional, responsive, and user-friendly websites. One of the key achievements of the project has been the successful development and launch of our AI-guided marketplace platform. Working together with 7Span, we’ve refined the platform architecture and AI recommendation logic to support different user journeys and recommendation behaviors across the platform.

Another major success has been the evolution of the AI recommendation engine itself. 7Span has helped us implement intelligent tool-calling and dynamic response logic, allowing the AI system to adapt recommendations in real time based on user interactions and goals.

In addition, the successful integration between the frontend platform, AI systems, e-commerce functionality, and our Odoo ERP infrastructure has created a scalable foundation for future growth and new AI-driven services.

Moreover, we’ve received positive feedback regarding the user experience and the personalization of the AI recommendations. Early users have consistently commented that the platform feels innovative, intuitive, and more interactive than a traditional e-commerce experience.

Their team was excellent, in particular the project manager Mr Markand Trivedi, whose attention to detail and sorting out and resolving some serious issues caused by a previous development company's below par work and service.
