For what projects/services did your company hire Addiction Graphics?

We first hired Addiction Graphic to design for us an explainer video which ended up to be 10 times better that what we’ve could have expected. We decided to hire them again to design a website that would match perfectly with this video.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We’ve reviewed hundreds of portfolios and we found out that Addiction Graphic was the best fit in. matter of quality and also price.

We went through several iterations of the design. Each of our requests were taken into account and implemented properly.

Not sure, we had only one point of contact and this was enough to achieve a perfect outcome.

It’s difficult to assess but you should see the smile on our faces ;-)

Very effective as we had a very detailed terms of references for what we wanted.

They need very little direction and provide added value when it comes to animation ideas. They are also very responsive when it comes to revisions.

My end clients are super happy and engage me in more projects. 

Action Graphics is super to work with. They are a very professional and high-quality animation studio. They always deliver on time and can meet tight deadlines. They add creativity to every project and are great when it comes to turning around multiple regions quickly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Not too much back and forth. Communication is good. Mohit is very responsive and straightforward to deal with. They understand what is required with minimal directions. Overall I highly recommend them!

They seem to have really great animators on their team.

It was easy as Mohit was the only 1 coordinating with our team and I guess he is pretty efficient at wat he does.

Communication, Pricing, Coordination and willingness to tweak with a smile.

I feel they should have laid out more options to choose from along with the pricing. Which would give me an opportunity to decide which type I wanted to go with.
