The proposed plan was to integrate the Odoo CRM module with some custom integrations and functions:

• Setting data access rights in the CRM system for our routine work. We managed access levels for general/authoritative users to prohibit/allow access to sales reports, predictive analysis, etc., without obstructing the purpose and essence of the CRM software.
• Customized real-time dashboards to regularly monitor the security status of the CRM system and company-related security factors.
• Integrated Odoo CRM with our security system to quickly track the key security metrics for the IT infrastructure.

There were two project managers, two QA resources, and three Odoo CRM developers involved.

Aktiv and the team were well-prepared and focused on the timeline thoroughly. The delivery time was just perfect, and so was their accuracy, scoping skills, and ability to solve system-centric problems. The QA was good, and the quality of communication evolved with the project.

Project management was accomplished through daily communication, weekly sync meetings, and sharing regular reports or emails.

Their requirements definition process was systematic. They shared equal responsibility and provided suggestions during the initial requirements gathering phase. ktiv Software could be a potential partner for someone who needs to address their requirements quickly and precisely.

There isn’t anything that comes to my mind. I wish to reach out to them for some larger scope projects in the future.
