I am CEO of a company that takes away the pain of purchase orders, expense claims, and holiday requests by letting people do them online or on their phone.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

We needed to find a reliable but cost-efficient developer overseas. The local U.K. firms didn't fit our budget.

SOLUTION

They developed the app for me and help with ongoing maintenance. The development phase lasted more than two years, and they built the application from scratch. They also helped with user experience and the marketing website.

I put out an RFP [request for proposal] and then interviewed a shortlist of offshore providers. Anadea came out on top by a long way.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

I am happy with the application and with Anadea’s ongoing support. They are proactive in thinking of ways to make it better and responsive to my requests. Our relationship grew friendlier and more productive in time and with experience on both sides.

There has been an occasional tendency to underestimate how long things will take and to rush some work resulting in avoidable hiccups. I have worked in development for 20-plus years, I can say that they are no worse than most developers in this regard and better than many.

Concentrate on building a good relationship and communications with the development team. Be clear about what you want and don’t overscope your project. Focus on what is essential rather than what is nice to have. The more you can understand what they do and work with them, the better job they will do for you.

I would be very happy to recommend Anadea to other people in my position. I give them high marks.

Provided Anadea with a visual prototype and an explanation of the project through an online meeting. The deliverable should be a highly professional, user-friendly mobile application design, that would follow the logic of the visual prototype, but not necessarily the provided layout.

The produced design was very professional. In fact, we had outsourced the work to 3 different companies and have selected Anadea as their design and creativity was standing out from the rest. They showed deep understanding of what we wanted to achieve and their designs showed high proficiency in mobile application UX/UI.

Anadea engieers werer working alongside our local team in creating the first production version of the service. The starting point was an early-stage MVP with different UI and focus. With help of Anadea UI was completely redone and microservices architecture was deployed to support Kwizie SAAS on Amazon cloud. The deliverables include code, instructions, designs and tests

The LMS software created a platform for teachers to teach students. The quiz software allowed teachers to create quizzes for students.

There was always an average of 5-8 people working from Anadea and they ranged from Graphic designer, to front-end developer, backend developer and ML developer.
