The technologies included React Native for mobile, Node.js for backend APIs, and Firebase for real-time updates and notifications.

Issues such as inadequate Angular usage, subpar UI design, incomplete SSO implementation, and poor code quality demonstrate a disconnect between our expectations and the team's performance. Although the team made efforts to fix crash issues recently, this action was belated and only partially addressed the problems.

• Poor communication practices characterized the project's management. The team frequently missed meetings and failed to provide advance notice for holidays or vacations. The absence of daily stand-up calls further fragmented and weakened the communication process, contributing to the project's delays and misunderstandings. 

Technical Challenges Management: 

• The team's approach to technical challenges, specifically the development of the Chrome extension, was flawed. Using Vanilla JS instead of Chrome's libraries showed a lack of expertise. The decision to discard the initial Chrome extension code and restart with a different firm underscores the original team's shortcomings in this area. 

Overall Project Coordination: 

• The team poorly coordinated the overall project. Their failure to properly integrate and implement key components like the Angular-based application, UI design, and Azure architecture setup reflects a lack of cohesive project management and technical leadership.

Admin will onboard partners into the app, and after that, partners can book user tickets online through the app. The app doesn’t allow children to book tickets. Only adults can book tickets.

The tickets can be booked for 6 places & in different time slots. After the partner books the tickets with the user details, the ticket is made available on their email address, and the ticket can be shared directly through the app on Whatsapp and other platforms

Whenever a user updates their feeling they need to mention the reason for what they are feeling. All the feelings can be seen in the form of a pie chart. Users can add other connections by entering their username, once the other user accepts the request they can see each other's feelings.

A summary of the project is below:

Users can register within the app. After logging in, they will be redirected to the dashboard, where they can see the latest news and have access to view news by applying different filters such as city, division, and date. The app presents news in both image and video formats, providing users with a great experience. Additionally, the app includes a search feature, where users can simply type any keyword, and the news containing that keyword will be displayed to them.

Project is under development and so for I am very happy to choose apponward as our technical partner.

They follow agile scrum methodology project is divided into milestone/sprint. Every milestone/sprint has timeline of 2-3 weeks.
 We show every milestone/sprint to our clients if they agree then we start the development.


After completion of milestone/sprint we show the demo to our clients and also show next milestone/sprint tasks.
 If any changes required then we do that after that client approve the milestone and provide go-ahead to start next milestone.

 In this process we use some project management tools like :

Healthy Kinnect is a fitness-based app that will encourage users to live a healthy lifestyle and provide rewards. Users can share a post in the style of a photo or a video, add a caption, and include updates on their exercise, dietary habits, and health objectives. Additionally, they may do a user search, follow other users, view their posts and health updates, and respond to them.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team consisted: a project director, a project manager, one developer of native iOS applications, With one technical architect and one test engineer as support. It was the responsibility of the project manager and coordinator to deliver updates on time and demos as needed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was a pleasure working with the Apponward team throughout the duration of this project. They were very efficient and thorough with their work. They were available to jump on zoom calls when we had specific questions and they were very prompt with their delivery. We went to a pitch tank style event with this prototype and won the entire competition- proving the interest and success of an application such as this one.

The company offers the ideal combination of knowledge and experience. Their work serves as evidence of their skills. It was enjoyable working with them.
