• Our old website wasn’t easy to use. Parents and students had trouble finding what they needed. We also wanted a fresh look that matched how much we’ve grown. It was time for something new.

Arch took care of all the web development work. We gave them our design ideas and they handled the rest. They used Webflow to build it all out. They added new pages to help organize info, built a section to show who we are, updated the colors, added videos, and connected our social media. Now there's even a clear way to contact us or book a trial lesson. They still help with updates and small fixes when we need them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site runs great now. After it launched, they gave us a year of support. They even fixed things that weren’t in the original plan free of charge. We’ve had more people reaching out through the site, and we plan to work with them again soon on another round of improvements.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were very organized. We used Basecamp to track tasks and updates. They always stuck to the timeline. Emails and messages were answered fast usually within a day. I felt like I knew what was going on at all times.

They really cared. When our site went down due to a tech issue, their team jumped in right away and fixed it. They didn’t treat us like just another client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Arch Web Design could have done differently?

Next time, I want to spend more time on the design phase with them. We moved pretty fast the first time, so I think we’ll dig deeper into the creative part next round.
