I’m the head of sales at Pickitoo, an e-commerce company. We provide end-to-end digital e-commerce tools for retailers, including order aggregation, order management, in-store order fulfillment, and a custom-branded app. We also offer marketplace creation to help businesses scale online.

We needed help reaching out to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in Poland to arrange meetings where we could present Pickitoo’s solutions.

Architecture of Sales helps us with outreach and organizing meetings with our ICPs in Poland. The team also takes care of necessary translations and attends relevant expos in Poland together with us.

Architecture of Sales has helped us get over 45 prospects in Poland. From those, we’ve gotten one sale.

Architecture of Sales demonstrates a highly professional approach to meeting our agreed-upon KPIs. The team is clearly committed to our success and puts in extra effort when needed to ensure a positive outcome. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Although there’s still room to deepen their product expertise, we recognize that Pickitoo is a sophisticated solution with a significant learning curve.

I'm the CEO and co-founder of TrustLynx, an IT company. We provide tools that enable companies to easily integrate digital trust services—such as e-signing, e-identities, and e-sealing—directly into their business applications, enhancing security, automation, and user experience.

Architecture of Sales has been sourcing prospects, contacting them, presenting the value proposition, arranging meetings with us, and nurturing leads to the next activity. The team has also provided reports and feedback about our product and presentations from the market.

We've been working with mainly one teammate from Architecture of Sales.

How did you come to work with Architecture of Sales?

We found Architecture of Sales through an online search, a referral, and the Clutch site. We chose them because they seemed to fit our needs and understand our situation, product, ICPs, and USPs. Also feedback from their past customers was positive.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2025, and the engagement is ongoing with a pause at the moment.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Architecture of Sales has arranged 10 qualified first meetings per month and architecture workshops. We have a 15% conversion rate from the first meetings to the workshops. These workshops have helped us increase engagement and move further down the sales funnel.

How did Architecture of Sales perform from a project management standpoint?

Architecture of Sales has delivered on time. Even if they haven't fulfilled something in a month, they've caught up soon in the following month to deliver the promise. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Architecture of Sales understands our offering and has learned how to identify the right prospects and talk with them. The team can also answer customers' questions in Polish during meetings.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Very limited, but some meetings have happened where prospects came unprepared and didn't understand where they had come to or another person showed up to the call from company. Although it's not always Architecture of Sales' area of control, maybe it's possible to introduce some tighter checks / more critical evaluation of the right person, company, and situation to meet.
