We aimed for Stas Organizer to become a recognizable and trusted software among construction companies in the target market. After a few workshop meetings, the Async Labs team got an insight into a better understanding of our brand and decided to go with Brand Awareness & Lead Generation through ongoing SEO, pay-per-click campaigns, and strategical digital advertising through Linkedin and Facebook.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Async Labs created a brand strategy through a SWOT analysis and market research, defined user personas, target market, brand voice, keywords, pain points, and developed a marketing strategy. The design team created social media templates in Figma, including fonts, colors, and guidelines for their use. 

The second step was to define metrics and goals to track and then set up Google Analytics with the Google Search Console tool and Google Data Studio. With active campaigns, the brand's website was visited by over 8100 Visitors in 6 months. The brand appeared on Google over 10100 times in the target market, and we got over 400+ quality leads from this market niche, with 120+ companies registered as final results.

The design team first defined each step of the new DressApp.GREEN brand - the color pallet, brand font, and, most importantly, the creation of the brand’s logo. The stated were the most important elements that needed to be defined in order to be able to portray the desired message of the brand. The design team used Adobe’s design tools such as Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as After Effects.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They included me in each step of the brand’s development. Thanks to frequent brainstorming sessions, we were not only able to narrow down the desired appearance of the logo and logotype but also come up with a solution that was in tune with both the best practices of graphic design and my wishes and ideas. Seeing their work presented in the DressApp.GREEN case study solidifies my confidence in their ability to deliver exceptional branding and visual identity solutions.

The collaboration started at the beginning of October with a longer meeting where I presented my ideas and desires and presented, as close as possible, the feeling behind the brand's idea. The agreement was to have weekly meetings to showcase the team’s progress and ensure that any necessary alterations would be done in time. They were available for any calls and additional communication via phone or email. 

After 6 weeks of design development, they presented the final version of the brand book that fit the DressApp.GREEN brand the most and that sets it apart from all other similar brands. From the initial consultation to ongoing discussions and updates, the team displayed excellent communication skills, high responsiveness, and professionalism.

Our existing website needed redesign, so we hired the Async Labs team to help build and design a new website that better reflected our services and vision. The goal was to create a place to learn about finding joy and fun in everyday tasks and building practical and lifelong skills.

Given the nature of the application that was created – a safe space and sanctuary for all things spiritual and nature-related- making the web page was an elaborate task to indicate the company’s mission. At the beginning of the project, during the design phase, the goal was to determine the project’s artistic direction. Since the website is where an individual goes to relax and rejuvenate their mind, our mission was to create an application that will support doing that – relaxing.

The challenge was to choose a colour palette that would evoke a sense of tranquillity and ease yet be enticing to draw in the users to watch the offered courses Upon completing the web design, the Async Labs development team created functionalities and animations. Backend technology used: PHP. The project has been divided into 3 phases:

1. Discovery, branding, wireframing, and UI&UX creation
2. Implementation of new features and main feature – courses
3. Payment provider implementation

The application is available through a browser and on all devices (desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices). It has a fully responsive design, which was the main focus during the implementation process. The main result is an aesthetic yet simple and calming web page covering various holistic aspects of life for personal growth and self-improvement. Whether it is the breathing exercise app introduction or the animated backgrounds of the webpage, the users are guaranteed an incredibly satisfying experience.

In the beginning, we communicated through meetings and email. The communication was friendly, pleasant, and full of mutual understanding. The project managers were always available and ready to answer all our inquiries and any information we needed on time. Their team has been accommodating to our needs throughout the whole process.

MMAON is a digital, fan-centric platform that rewards those who love MMA. It has a noble goal of bringing the fans closer to their favorite fighters, the stadium, and the sport in general, but it also brings solutions for combat sports and the fight community into the crypto space. I am the founder of the MMAON platform.

Async Labs worked on the mmaon.com platform to create a social network for MMA athletes and connect them with fans. The idea was to connect them through crypto so that fans could donate tokens to fighters. In the second phase, the development team implemented a wallet and referral program, allowing fighters and fans to be able to transfer MMAON from external wallets. MMAON aims to become a central meeting place for fighters and fans to interact via token donations, inform people about the latest news from the MMA world, and bring organizations and sponsors to the platform.

The first step was to create a design for a social network that includes categories like fighter profiles, a news feed, posts, and comments. The Async Labs development team has created a highly functional, user-friendly platform, and integrated the in-app crypto wallet with the referral program, making MMAON transactions fast, seamless and all in one place. We did detailed due diligence, and according to the Async Labs website and the projects they worked on, we concluded that this was the company we wanted to work with.

The app’s development was divided into 3 main phases: design adaptation, app creation & feature implementation, and cross-platform integration. The project started with a discovery workshop. Then the Async Labs team adapted and updated the already existing design to present the users with the best possible solution, followed by the implementation in Flutter. Backend technologies used: PHP, headless WordPress. The project manager announced tasks, communicated between the client and developers, and QA tested and validated the functionalities according to the client's requirements and opened tasks/bugs.

First, I communicated effectively with the sales account and the company's CEO. I also collaborated with the project manager and the Head of Development. The entire project was developed by Async Labs development team.

The users can fully use all the features available on the app, whether online or off. The app is fully functional and available on both the App Store and the Play Store in numerous countries across the globe.

We communicated through video calls and email for insight into project history and important decisions. The project manager was also available via WhatsApp messages for faster ongoing operational matters.

Museum of Broken Relationships is a global crowd-sourced project with permanent museum outputs in Zagreb, Croatia.

We needed help with implementing multilingual functionality on our website. The goal was to create a multilingual functionality on the website to expand into new markets and make it more accessible to visitors worldwide.

As a growing local company with many successful projects behind, Async Labs came to me via recommendation from another high rated digital agency in Croatia.

The Async Labs team was responsible for creating and implementing multilingualism on the Museum of Broken Relationships website. Their job was to go through the whole source code of the Museum of Broken Relationships website and pull out all of the strings and texts that appear on the website and are visible to the users.

After extracting the strings, they sent them to us for a translation in a table format so that later on, more languages can be added and imported into the website. On the development side, they developed the translating functionality in React. As a result, the strings needed to be fetched in a certain language on the website depending on the user’s choice.

By implementing the option of multilinguality on the website, we wanted to overcome potential cultural barriers by allowing users to access content in multiple languages. We were looking to social-proof our brand and to boost our credibility during sales meetings by having a social media presence. This way we could showcase our case studies, company culture and overall demonstrate our competence and credibility which is very important when trying to get new clients.

We had a great relationship and collaboration with them on prior projects and it felt natural to us to turn to them for marketing services. We had some other options but in the end we decided to go with them because we knew how competent they were.

Once we've agreed to hire them for managing our social media, they organised the initial handover of admin rights and they even set up our Google Analytics dashboard and organised a photo session in our offices so that they could have a great amount of materials for future posts.

Once the initial setup has finished, they started continuously post a certain number of posts on our Facebook and LinkedIn profile. Since we were providing the content for them in form of blog posts and case studies, they were kind enough to offer their insight and advice on how to structure that kind of content so that it can boost our visibility and make the message clear enough.

I was in continuous communication with their head of marketing who was always available for consultation when we needed it. As far as I understand, they also had a couple of other team members for posting some of the posts on Facebook and LinkedIn.

The visibility on our social media and our website increased drastically once they took over. The number of likes on our Facebook page has had a 50% increase since then and a number of our LinkedIn followers has doubled.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We've had already established communication workflow on Slack from our previous cooperation so we just used that. Although all reports and official documents were transfered through email.

They were always precise with their scheduling and expectation managing so I always knew what is going to be delivered and when. They responded well to our feedback and whenever needed we had a discussion so that we made sure everyone was on the same page.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

One of the reasons why we hired them is because they also offered custom B2B development, which meant that they know exactly how to handle this kind of social media management because they have direct experience in it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

This is more of a critique on us than them, but since the social media management depended a lot on the content available, maybe they should have pushed us harder to deliver everything on our end so that they don't need to "make ends meet" with what they had already. But this is such a small comment which fails in the comparison to the tremendous work they have done in just a few months.

The app hasn’t gone live yet. It has been tested, and there are currently travel agencies negotiating to purchase it. It has a great design, is user friendly, and the content for users as well as the interface for admin is great. We are quite satisfied.

They were organized; Kristijan did a good job of staying on top of everything. They were available, responsive, and kept me updated. There was no problem with deadlines being met. We communicated via phone, and they used a project management tool but I can’t recall the name of it.

The team is young, skilled, and professional. I liked the way they planned out the project and the extra effort they put in at the beginning to make sure they understood what I wanted. They had everything they needed from me.
