What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've tested our beta version with some of our selected customers, and they find the app useful. They've already shared some feedback, and our next phase will be to improve the features. We've also found that the core calming exercises remain accessible even without internet connectivity. Moreover, we're continuously monitoring the app before launching it to the public. Early internal simulations evaluate how quickly the app's panic mode executes. The focus during this phase is keeping user-initiated response lag under 200 milliseconds to ensure immediate system responsiveness during high-anxiety moments. We're also monitoring whether testers can trigger critical calming tools seamlessly while simulated or actual stress is high. So far, the app consistently meets the under-200 millisecond response time goal during our internal simulations. Additionally, Seren receives and replies in Bengali. However, when it writes on the screen, it sometimes writes in Hindi.

Augmex Technologies has built our whole website. Starting from the MVP, they’ve designed the architecture, the RAG, the knowledge base process, and how the API will be integrated into any website. Now, anyone can register on the Katrix app, build their chatbot, update their knowledge base, and integrate that chatbot into their website and social media.

Augmex Technologies is super fast. They’ve designed the architecture and the first wireframe really fast so we can have a look at it and understand where the app is going. So far, we’ve onboarded 10+ clients without any ads just two weeks after launching. Two of them are enterprise clients and are paying us. Augmex Technologies delivered the first look in under two weeks. Since we’re still in the MVP phase, we collect regular feedback from our clients. Some love the bot’s fast performance, while others think the dashboard can be a bit less crowded with info.

The transfer module has delivered reliable request validation, correct fee and rate calculations, and smooth end-to-end processing in the test environment.Early tests revealed delays in document processing during KYC and inconsistencies in a payout partner sandbox API. Both required workflow refinements and tighter retry logic to stabilize performance.Internal tests have confirmed stable performance at the expected load, accurate rate calculations, smooth end-to-end transfer simulations, and a steady reduction in QA-reported issues over each sprint, which shows the build is maturing as planned.

After launching the software, the client faced a tremendous problem operating it. However, after a month, they reported a 300% time reduction and a 67% cost reduction. Previously, a team of 3–4 people used to take 3–4 hours to make a plan, prepare a content calendar, design content, and publish it on various media. Now, they can do everything in under an hour. The cost reduction was purely in labor costs.

Augmex Technologies' work has resulted in near-zero data entry errors, 50%–60% time savings, a 200%+ increase in inquiry management, and a 60%–70% reduction in administrative work.Even though the project is still under development, we're testing the final product in-house. We used to do everything manually, and everything was on paper. Multiple authorities had to sign and check things manually. Now, everything is online.

Our admin, teachers, and management staff are now using this system, and they've confirmed that it has reduced their time. For example, they used to take attendance manually, which would take them 30 minutes to complete. Now, they only need to check the system and approve it in under five minutes. We've also received positive feedback from all departments.
