I'm the director of a mining consultancy company. We provide specialist consulting services to the mining sector, offering expertise in exploration, evaluation, project development, and operational support for coal, metalliferous, and extractive minerals industries.

We needed help managing our websites, mail accounts, and domains.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Boost IT has designed and implemented interactive websites with graphic presentations and interactive slideshows. The team also manages our mail accounts and domains.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Boost IT.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Boost IT has provided graphic design advice and recommendations on how to reach more clients tailored to our advertising and marketing budget. As a result, we've seen increased traffic on LinkedIn and our website. We've also noticed an increase in the use of our online maps and the number of searches on team members.

How did Boost IT perform from a project management standpoint?

Boost IT delivers on time and above expectations. We communicate with them through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Boost IT's work.
