We hired The Branx to come up with a visual identity for our rebranding project.

The Branx developed all the visual components for our branding, including our logo, color palette, and font suite. They also provided visual identity guidelines and logos and included instructions on where to acquire icons and fonts.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The Branx delivered the final deliverables on time. We didn't have any hard metrics, but we were satisfied with the number of rounds of revision based on our CEO's feedback. They were able to take the feedback and make the changes on time without having to keep going back and forth.

How did The Branx perform from a project management standpoint?

The Branx delivered on time, and it was a fast-track timeline. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Our CEO was very prescriptive, and the team was amazing at accommodating his feedback and ultimately bringing his vision to life, including some key elements that surprised us all.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One of the rounds of revisions felt like they were stuck in their vision of the brand. I had to draw a hard line with the founder of The Branx to ensure that my CEO was getting what he wanted. The only downside was the defensiveness when my CEO's vision didn't align with the founder's vision. However, that was squashed quickly, and we were able to move on and still meet our deadlines.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

While I didn't like the overall vibe after giving this feedback to the founder, he was able to step back and allow his team to execute and deliver an amazing final product. The rest of the team was amazing and accepted feedback well.

We partnered with The Branx on a full brand repositioning and website redesign. The scope of work included brand strategy workshops, refining our positioning and messaging, and developing a clearer brand narrative aligned with our product direction and long-term vision.

From there, they evolved our visual identity and translated the strategy into a completely redesigned website. This included page structure, user journey planning, design concepts, and final website design and build.

The deliverables covered both the strategic foundations (brand positioning, messaging and narrative) and the practical outputs (updated visual identity and a fully redesigned, modern website that better reflects who we are today).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As we’ve only recently launched the new brand and website, it’s still early to measure the full impact on website engagement or sales performance. However, the project has already given us a much clearer and more confident market position.

We now have stronger, more consistent messaging that better reflects our product innovation and long-term vision. We expect this clarity to positively influence website engagement as well as support sales conversations by helping prospects understand our value and differentiation much earlier in their journey.

Internally, the repositioning has also created stronger alignment across our marketing, sales and product teams, which we see as a key foundation for long-term success.

Their project management was strong throughout. They delivered items on time and kept the project moving at a steady pace, with clear milestones and expectations.

They were responsive to our needs, open to feedback and flexible when required. Communication was consistent and well structured, which made the process feel organised and collaborative from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their creativity and their ability to truly understand what we were hoping to achieve from the earliest stages of the project. They quickly grasped not just what we do, but where we’re heading as a company, and translated that into a clear and compelling brand direction.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Branx could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be attention to detail around spelling and small typos. As we’re based in different regions, there are naturally differences in language conventions, which is completely understandable. However, a slightly tighter proofreading process, particularly around regional spelling, would have helped streamline the final review stages.

That said, this was relatively minor in the context of the overall project and the quality of the strategic and creative work delivered.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The speed and quality of The Branx’s work have impacted our project. The nature of our business has meant we often have to pull together launches in very tight timelines. The Branx has been fantastic in their ability to deliver finished work as requested, despite the timeline pressure. The feedback has been almost all positive. Our internal team really likes the brand styles and creative work that The Branx has developed. The team has a fantastic sense of our brand, style, and preferences to keep a level of cohesion across design and branded collateral.

The Branx’s project management is excellent. Carla (Project Manager) has managed our projects. She’s diligent, organized, and responsive throughout each project. We use email for key updates and new project requests.

Delivering against all of the scoped items and the creation of a brand book we can rely on.

The team was detail oriented, responsive, and kept us on track. I never had to chase them to remidn them of follow-ups and they incorporated our feedback without having to tell them twice.

The graphic design really impressed us - The Branx was able to create some amazing visuals that really resonated with our team.

We weren't super impressed with the names the team came up for our new service and ended up creating a name ourselves. Some of this could've been due to culture/language differences with the US market.
