ByteTechnik LLC delivered two separate pieces of work for my mobile primary care practice: a public-facing website and a custom EMR (electronic medical records) system. The website serves as the online presence for the practice, giving prospective and existing patients a place to learn about the services I offer and get in touch. The EMR system handles the core clinical and administrative operations of the practice, including appointment scheduling, patient charting and clinical notes, e-prescribing, billing and insurance processing, and patient intake forms. The project was completed on a relatively quick timeline without major delays.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new EMR has made day-to-day operations noticeably easier, particularly when it comes to scheduling appointments, which is now a much smoother process for the practice. Having a professional website has also been a valuable addition, giving the practice an online presence it didn’t have before. ByteTechnik LLC delivered the project as promised, and overall the work has helped the practice run more efficiently.
