When I started the project I had contracted a different company. This company left the project with various issues and glitches, the project was not being delivered to spec, project was over budget and way past the timelines agreed to. I released the original developers and then hired ChicMic

I then hired ChicMic to help me pick up the pieces. ChicMic was responsive, had the skills I needed and were quick to learn my vision of the project. ChicMic corrected mistakes and provided good feedback and suggestions to take my project to even an advanced level.

ChicMic was great to work with, my project is complete but I continue to work with ChicMic for additional upgrades suggestions and advice on improving my service.

ChicMic took my partially completed project, and then we went through a detailed scope analysis of the program. ChicMic were thorough and asked many questions to ensure the understood the end goal.

from there we redesigned the program, utilizing some of the positives from the previous developer (to save me money) and then corrected and developed the program further.

I worked specifically with one PM, however there were other developers that would join in on calls and discussions, and also to provide any additional support as required. ChicMic was always available.

My project was delivered within the scope, quality and specs that I wanted. ChicMic has continued to assist me with any tech issues that may come up, they have been very supportive in my new venture which is important. It shows that the company supports its clients even after project completion.

The PM was always honest and forthcoming about challenges and timelines. I worked with the Chic Mic team for over a year to develop my program. Any time there were changes to the scope, or upgrades at my request, the PM always took the time to reassess scope/timelines/cost so everyone was clear on the expectations.
