CipherCross did an excellent job of helping me completely redesign and rebuild my existing mobile app. Prior to working with them, my initial app was riddled with bugs and difficult to work with. Post rebuild, my subscription based app business has flourished and the app works flawlessly!

In rebuilding my mobile app with CipherCross, I have seen a 3x growth in revenue and over 300x in user engagement rates per month. I'm blown away by the growth the rebuild has unlocked with my subscription based business. I've also received dozens of reviews on the aesthetic and design of the app, and the incredible user experience it offers!

I am the founder and CEO of the company Stacks. We are creating a noiseless collaboration platform 'Stacks' that helps companies and teams to create a shared repository of links.

For what projects/services did your company hire Feel IT Studio, and what were your goals?

I was looking for a company to implement the redesign of my old web app dashboard. The old dashboard was focused on individual bookmark management and the new dashboard is focused on teams and enterprises

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

As this project was a redesign of a web app dashboard, the backend was already there, as well as the design in figma. The contractor had to develop the frontend using React after decomposing the Figma design into small tasks and creating a roadmap with the project milestones. Mykyta and his team did a great job of providing milestones with delivery dates. It was clear when and which part of the project would be completed. After initial planning, they divided tasks into sprints and set up a Jira board to track progress. Their development team made a great effort to ensure the high quality of the app. Eliminating any bugs that appeared during the development process. The project is still WIP at this stage, and a few subsequent phases are planned.

On this project, I worked with Mykyta Shevchenko, CEO, who was managing the work process, and a frontend developer Dmytro.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The central part of the project was implemented within nine weeks, which allowed me to promote the product and platform users.

The project's development was conducted using Agile methodology, with tasks divided into sprints. We also had a Jira board with a roadmap and progress reports. For communications, we used Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Responsiveness and communicativeness. They could always provide their thoughts on what we are doing and how to improve functionality. Constant quality control and deadlines. Speed of resolving issues that arise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was great. They probably want to focus on initial contact: to demonstrate their strengths properly

Make the idea visual and come to life. Take it from just an idea in my head to something real.

Every employee in CypherCross was on time, very professional, and always listening to my ideas, needs, and delivering exactly what I was looking for. Always telling their opinion, asking me questions and keeping me updated with every step of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

By far, the professional level and high quality standards that they have. I made contact with Mykyta, and from our first conversation he made me feel and know that my project and ideas, were as important to him as they were to me. That right there was priceless to me. And from that point on, it never stopped. Sadly I had to dragged them with me while I had to put the project on hold due to some unfortunate events, but they were very patient, always looking to see if I needed anything or there was anything they could help with. Once I get things up ready to keep moving forward, I'll come back to them and only use them for the project and any other project I might have.

Not really. Nothing I had to deal with the personally.

I worked with CipherCross on a journaling app. We collaborating from system requirements, design, infrastucture, testing and the delivery is the app approved and available in both Google Play and the Apple App Store. 
This journal app brings in some AI elements for transcription which is a key feature.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We met all project milestones on or ahead of time. All aspects were clearly documented which will be imperative as we iterate.

Project managment was amazing. We connected almost daily on slack to work through design, clarifications and testing. They were extremely responsive and always ready and willing to get on a meeting to discuss anything or make sure infrastructure was set up correctly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I felt like they understood my vision and actually cared. They provided throught partnership around system architecture in thinking about the future and offered insights on infrastructure and even the marketing. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something CipherCross could have done differently?

CipherCross set up so much for the app - they really just took care of everything. They documented all the requirements and testing so well. I don't think I would need the to do anything differently - but I think I would have done something slightly different and learn a bit more about the backend systems. They always answered and shared why they were setting things up which was great - I would be prepared to really take all that in to understand the impacts - because they really handle it all amazingly.
