Fast, friendly service meeting us where we are in terms of tech knowledge. Explainer videos for the key aspects of our site that we WANT to be able to manage in house. We are early days but so far extremely impressed and expect this to be a long term business relationship.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A lack of issues with our site is what we are most excited about. We contact Chris because we need edits or new plug ins/features and NOT because there are problems. We have seen an increase in orders, roughly 30%, since Cleanslate took over our site. There are other factors for sure but having a smooth running site is absolutely essential to our success as an online retail business.

This is an ongoing project that is quite fluid. The response time is amazing, and they are always happy to help with whatever we are asking for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The easy to understand videos that explain what I need to know. I never want to manage the site ourselves but I love that we recieve video tutorials for the edits we do want to make. They have gone above and beyond helping us with email set up and management that I felt was outside of the parameters of the contract.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clean Slate Studios could have done differently?

None that I can think of and trust me, I am NOT afraid to share grow points when I see them.

Clean Slate Studios took over a website redesign and development project that was failing with another provider. Pressure to get it completed ASAP. Key deliverables:

• Adding new content
• Creating new pages
• Streamlining branding and marketing strategies
• Meeting compliance requirements and requests
• Creating a similar but fresh design
• Linking content with APIs etc
• Creating events page with registration ability

Constant feedback loops to get the project complete

Clean Slate was incredible at understanding the pressure we were under to have the project completed. There were periods of time the firm was waiting on us for information, and once received it was immediately implemented.

The individual we worked with was great to work with and communicate with. When we were not clear in our requests, he was quick to call or schedule a meeting to get clarity before continuing. And it did not hold the project back. The project was completed exactly when he said it would be - hours earlier.

The unique design that was created for our firm - it is not standard to a corporate feel and look. They understood our culture and energy to create a website that reflected our values.

Chris and his wife were members at the church, and served us really well as a small family of faith.

We wanted our church website to be a very basic 'shop window' into who we were as a church, and what we do to serve our town. Chris was able to design and host a very simple, but easy to navigate site were people could connect with our regular gatherings

Chris was the sole designer and host.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's difficult to measure 'success', but if 'onlookers' are able to gain information about the church, and then connect in person with us - this is all we wanted a website to do. I can think of several examples of people searching our keywords and our site being top of the results. This undoubtedly helped people connect with us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Chris was always available and responded in a helpful and timely way. Even when Chris moved away, he was easily contactable .

The friendship we had with Chris was unique, and allowed both a professional and personable approach to the work.
