I'm the owner of a rental property in the Azores.

For what projects/services did your company hire ClickySoft, and what were your goals?

I built the website years ago and it needed a new look and feel. Clickysoft also added a booking and payment system. The goal was a user-friendly, professional looking site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Clickysoft was not the least expensive, but the price was fair. Fluent English was a major factor, as well as the resumé of previous jobs.

The project required using existing text and images to be reformatted to have a nice look and feel. Next was the hotel plugin configuration that included a payment system and email response. The site was built using Elegant Themes Divi and a hotel booking plugin, all on WordPress.

One person interacted with me, who represented the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

ClickySoft met my deadlines, which were interrupted by the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Their ability to write in fluent English was important. I've used others whose English was maddeningly difficult to work with. Mornings seem to be the most responsive time of day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Thoroughness, good English ability, a non-condescending attitude and good technical skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Possibly been more available in the afternoons in EST. Not really a big deal though.
