Coalition completely ripped us off. I paid 56K for social media, a new website, and SEO. We had several other companies look at their work, and we have to have everything redone. The website they made had all blurry photos, improper tags, and functions that din't work. They employ unethical business practices, perform inadequate work, and make a LOT of mistakes. We really feel like we wasted all of the money we invested. We would highly recommend that you find someone else.

The vendor responded on January 19, 2024.

The interior designer for whom the company was named had unethical business practices and failed to participate necessarily in the marketing efforts to promote her brand.

Her unethical practices, which created conflict with our social media strategy, included the use of images of other interior designers work in her portfolios. When those designers contacted her social media profiles for explanation and correction, she was evasive and combative.

As to the failure to participate in her marketing campaigns, interior design is a highly visual experience online. Our teams were given large photo dumps of various projects with no rhyme or reason about where the project was located, who it was for, what the designer's contribution was, etc. Given the aforementioned concerns about misuse of other designers work, our team was hesitant to use these images carte blanche.

The designers lack of contribution to the content about her portfolio projects also led to slower website design and development progress, and forced our team to contribute dozens of hours of unpaid work to take on tasks that the designer had agreed to perform for her website and portfolio.

The team found her to be unpleasant to work with, had significant concerns around integrity, and would recommend other providers avoid taking her on as a client.

To potential Coalition clients, no website design and development effort, or marketing campaign, can perform well when it happens without your support. If you won't provide the expertise and insights into your work and industry, along with foundational content to support your marketing, our outcomes will be hamstrung. ALSO, be nice and of good character. You don't want to be the villain to your own employees or third parties you hire.

The 'Product Overview' tab was expandable but lacked prominence and as a result site visitors may have had an impression that the page is empty and there is no product description at all.
