I am the head of development in a marketing company focused on the online betting and gambling sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire Communication Crafts, and what were your goals?

For our websites, we had two main requirements; our first was to improve and upgrade the current apps we had built so far but also to develop new applications. We have two main goals (targeting both in the same time). Obviously, it's to provide a better experience for our customers, but in the same time, make sure that the people we'll work with (in this case, Communication Crafts), to make sure that they are who we are looking for and establish a long term relationship.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did a detailed online search and Communication Crafts where one of the top candidates. Interview calls followed up where we confirmed that (most probably) they are who we are looking for. We liked their approach, and from the very beginning and our first project confirmed that our choice was the correct one. Currently we're on the third project and we're already planning the next ones.

For the first projects, we were focusing only in the frontend part of our projects (I was responsible for the backend part), but now we're already planning on assigning a full frontend/backend project.

The steps we are following are quite straight forward:

• Provide a visual of the scope (AdobeXD, Figma etc) - Schedule a call providing all details of the scope
• Communication Crafts will provide an estimation
• Build the project on Trello
• Weekly calls following up the process of development
• Before the completion, go to a full testing phase
• Deploy

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have a project manager and, depending on the project, we might need up to three developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our applications, we notice an increase of our traffic, from both new clients and existing one, spending more time on the site. Their contribution gave us the flexibility to create more ideas and even more projects for the team. It's a win-win situation.

The way Communication Crafts is managing the project makes sense. The project manager is fully aware of the project and always ready to answer on any question; there's no question on this. We have always the same project manager (which is a very good thing and we want to keep it like this) for all our projects, which provides an extra safety on our collaboration. The main communication takes place via Teams (for our weekly calls), emails and Trello. We don't have any complain so far.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's quite impressive how easily we managed to get in the same page - I don't have anything else to say, it was a very easy going collaboration, any kind of issue we might had, was solved in no time, making things even easier.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I can say is that, and this goes only for the beginning, we had to work a bit regarding the coding style. As soon as we clarified how we wish the code to be written and the standards we wanted to follow, everything went well.

Our account manager, Suhani, has been such an asset to all aspects of production. She is an efficient communicator, always keeping us updated and has a way of anticipating production needs. She makes our lives easier!

How efficient yet thoughtful they are, always willing to point out something that would work better.

We brought on CC to help make our explainer videos and create our social media video content.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The quality of past deliverables, costs and service pre-sale were the best I've seen across multiple vendors that we were evaluating.

We have the CC team on a monthly retainer so its like having someone on our very own team. We briefed the team on the project scope and saw mock ups and preliminary ideas within days. Then we tweaked our storyboard with their guidance. From there we were given concepts and drafts to approve for creative direction. And then we had a few iterations of minor feedback. The team was timely, communicative and consultative the entire time.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Suhani is the gem of gems. Our team absolutely loves working with her. She brings in great ideas, enthusiasm and hits every deadline that we've requested. We are very happy to work with her.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered with high quality and on time. We have no issues with the deliverables thus far.

We have a great relationship with Suhani and Dhrumi. The team has been very responsive, and even suggest new things that we can do to innovate and grow on our end. On top of that - we are seeing checkins, feedback and iterations on deliverables completed rather quickly and effectively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Quality and Speed combined. Usually we would see things being done fast but not to great quality. What I love about CC Is that we get both.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Keep up the great work. Would love to see more proactive innovation ideas but Dhrumi and team are already doing that so no feedback here.

I'm an e-commerce expert working for an international organization that supports MSMEs doing trade.

We wanted to create an engaging and easy-to-understand video that helps entrepreneurs with little knowledge of e-commerce create an essential but optimized online presence on Facebook and Google Business Profile.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for video production companies through our corporate social media accounts and Communication Crafts reached directly to us. We quickly realized the high quality of their products and we had a very good impression during the interview - we where very impressed by their professionalism and capacity to listen and adapt.

We started with a discovery meeting. Then we had other meetings and email exchanges to clearly understand what we wanted, the audience we were targeting and the style we wanted to give. Then, they shared an outline for each of the 8 videos we produced.

Once approved, they started writing the scripts and applied our suggestions. Then, they recorded and made all the necessary changes. Once the animated videos were approved, they added the voice-over. For the voice-over, they proposed different styles.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with the associate producer and the business development consultant. From the beginning, they clearly explained their role and who to contact for what reasons. For the feedback session, we had a 30-minute call to check what we liked and what could be improved (although we had nothing to improve - their work was just great!!!)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have only shared the videos with my team internally and they are positively impressed by the great results. We have also shared another job opportunity to this company. We are currently preparing a promotional campaign and will share the results with Communication Crafts once we get them.

The project manager was easy to communicate and provided frequent updates. She was also very flexible and responded very fast to questions or comments.

They took the time to learn about what we wanted to achieve and made all the necessary questions. They were also very cautious with expectations and set realistic dates for the delivery of their work.

None - all the work was great.

They provided steps along the production process with time for review and comments, then tweaking as needed. Each step was carried out well and we're very happy with the final results.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our production client loved the videos and as we delivered early was happy to work with us to green light series two which we are moving into production now also with the same company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was efficient even being in three different countries. We scheduled calls and Skype meetings as needed and provided comments via email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Grasp of our objectives and excellence in their production work. They have been very friendly and helpful in the process and have turned quotes, questions and work in a timely manner.
