TRIO is a full-service marketing communications agency. I am the President and Chief Creative Officer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Complete Web, and what were your goals?

We have been working with Jason for more than a year and are extremely satisfied with his work. The goal of this project was to build a Giving Tuesday fundraising site for the hospital's alums, various schools and clubs. This was a complex site with integration from an external platform that required custom attention. Our goal was to deliver a top-notch user experience and for the client to supersede their fundraising goals.

Jason is talented, timely and reasonably priced. We interviewed several developers in search of the right partner and he was by far the most responsive and eager to jump on board.

We worked directly with Jason. He is the owner and lead developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site resulted in over 500 donations totaling more than $600,000! It was a huge win for the client and for the entire team.

We use Function Fox to manage the project. Our timeline was fairly quick and Jason was able to deliver despite the crunch.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jason always takes the time to jump on the phone to answer any questions and is very responsive. That is hard to find with developers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As with any site, there are always kinks to be worked out. Jason is great with Q&A and always willing to fix any issues.

They could double check all the working aspects of the site so they could discover hickups without customer uncovering them. However, this isn't a big deal.
