Wow, what an outstanding service! My Conceirge Teodora at SocialBee helps me play and organize my posts. What an amazing system and guide it makes of hacking all the crazy algorithms of the social media world and it updates things so we do not have to know what's going on and con focus on our business. My Bee does beautiful work. She is flexible and willing to learn new things. For example, right now we are switching platforms for my newsletter (which will save money) and she's getting right on learning it so we can succeed. She cares about the quality of the work we do together. She makes deadlines.

I love the community feel of this company. It feels like I'm dealing with a family business where people care. Also - perhaps this shows American ignorance, but I was impressed at the high level of English fluency in everyone I've encountered at Socialbee. These services in the U.S. would cost twice as much with no guarantee of anywhere close to the quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ConciergeBee could have done differently?

Unsure. For over a year I had an additional conciergebee service to help grow my Instagram account that I discontinued. There was some turnover on that in terms of Bees assigned to me so I felt that a bit jarring. I was also paying for ads at the time, so I'm not sure I can say what did what in terms of growth during that period.

Currently I grow the account with my own commenting and paid ads, and seem to have similar results. I don't have someone searching for new categories of followers though, and that did help!

SocialBee has provided a solid social media program for our PCF Clients that we can count and depend on that they have specialized for each account so it is unique and not the same old content that you see form others.I'm very happy with them and can highly recommend them.

The team is excellent. Anytime I've had an issue I address it with the SocialBee for the particular account and they get it corrected right away or try a new strategy if I tell them that something is not resonating.
