Copperchips Inc has a good hold on our website. The traffic isn’t too heavy right now, so we haven’t lost a single customer due to traffic. They’ve provided a great solution, and we’re a more profitable company thanks to that.

Project management is excellent. We work with an agile methodology, so we have two-week sprints. They give us good feedback and resolutions within the timeframe.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Our project manager is impressive and knowledgeable. Sometimes traffic problems come when the team members are out of their shift. However, if we call the project manager, they get someone to support us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re available for 24/7 support. Moreover, they always meet their deadline and deliver quality work. Their work is 99.99% free of bugs; there’s only .01% of error.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The technology is growing, so there’s always room for learning. However, their R&D team is great. We don’t have additional feedback.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

A friend is working with another company and having a conflict with their project manager. I’ve suggested them to try Copperchips Inc for a short time to see the difference.

I was mostly impressed by Copperchips Inc's punctuality and timing. The best thing was that on top of the development team, Copperchips Inc didn't charge for the project manager who worked on our project. The project manager was our single point of contact with Copperchips Inc, and we didn't need to call any other team member to inquire about work.

Copperchips Inc's team was very complying; whenever we requested any changes, they adjusted and accommodated them. They were also very humble and communicated well to adapt to our changing needs — if we didn't like something, we could tell them, and they changed it. Regarding tools, we used Skype, Zoom, and Google Meet calls.

Copperchips Inc delivered everything on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on. Our only challenges were due to our different backgrounds and languages, which implied minor communication issues. Still, I can't point out any room for improvement regarding services, technology, and skills.
