Our company is brand new and we didn't have a website. As we are a small team, we thought to outsource our website development work to a great company who can work for us while we take care of other business activities. Crantia Technologies did a great job in doing so. With an intuitive yet powerful website, we are aiming to bring in more business.

We searched online for many vendors inside India. We found Crantia Technologie online and discussed with them and informed our requirements and they were good to go. Moreover, their past projects helped us to choose them as our website development vendor.

We had a kick-off meeting with them to discuss our requirements, goals, and objectives. From there, the team came up with a design for our home page. Once the homepage design was finalized they start working on the service and solution page design along with the development of the home page in WordPress.

Vijith, the company's owner was directly coordinating with us. However, there was a team of designers and developers behind the scene.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have seen an improvement in the SERP and we are happy with the outcome of Skizzle's brand new website.

We had weekly updates. They were very prompt in providing all the updates before EOD every week. In case they had any requirements from us, Crantia used to email us or in case of emergency, they had called us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What makes us really happy is the prompt response from Crantia to all our queries. Moreover, the welcoming nature to any suggestion from us was mind-blowing. They also offered us 6 months of assistance after the website launch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some minor corrections and suggestions in the design. When we asked them to recreate the design they were happy to do so.

What challenge were you trying to address with Crantia Technologies?

We decided to develop an online platform because of COVID-19.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Crantia Technologies created a proposal based on our requirements, and we started the development from there. The platform was built on the CodeIgniter PHP framework with an HTML frontend. They built it to include a student section and an admin panel, too. 

The platform is finished, but we’re planning more features for it, as well as developing a mobile version. Crantia Technologies will also provide digital marketing services once the platform is launched.

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with two people from Crantia Technologies. I shared all the details with the project manager, and I was also in contact with the developer, once the work started.

How did you come to work with Crantia Technologies?

We’d developed a website with them a long time ago. We got quotes from other companies as well, but Crantia Technologies had the best proposal and they understood our requirements.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost of the platform was around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Crantia Technologies between June–December 2020 on the platform, but we’ll continue using their services after the site is launched.

The platform they developed is working perfectly. The frontend is user-friendly, too.

Everything was managed through Google Sheets, and they gave us frequent updates. Crantia Technologies split the project into 3–4 milestones, and they gave us demos after each one.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understood what we were looking for and were good in terms of development.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything has gone fine, so far.  

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Crantia Technologies did well on our platform, so I don’t have any specific advice. I’d definitely recommend them to others.

I’m the marketing manager of Radianz, a design-build firm. We’ve been in the industry for the past 20 years. In 2019, we were awarded two awards for the best design-build firm in South India.

What challenge were you trying to address with Crantia Technologies?

We were looking for someone to rebuild our website and our corporate structure. All we had was a single-page website. We wanted to be able to completely showcase what we do.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Crantia Technologies developed our website using WordPress. They also did the UX/UI design. The website the vendor created includes a chat function. Overall, everything we needed was integrated with the website. 

We’re not selling any products on our website. Instead, we’re concentrating fully on the services we offer. The team also developed customized designs that followed our requirements.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Vijith (CEO), but we also collaborate with their graphic designer and developer.

How did you come to work with Crantia Technologies?

We found them through a Google search. I also collected references from my friends. After doing research, we shortlisted a couple of teams and checked their portfolios. In the end, we chose Crantia Technologies because they were also from our hometown.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2020.

Crantia Technologies’ output went live last month. We got a professional, simple, and elegant website. The team’s service is excellent. They faithfully followed timelines and achieved all milestones.

How did Crantia Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

From the start, they were really helpful, answering all our calls. There were 4–5  instances where we met in the office to discuss our requirements. At that time, they also did mockups. After the mockups, we proceeded to the finishing stages. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills are the most impressive thing about them. With their outstanding deliverables, we didn’t have to rework many things in terms of look and design.

Crantia Technologies did everything we wanted. There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed a web platform for us and extended their support for maintenance. The platform contains news updates for all students. I gave them requirements regarding how I wanted both the design and the backend to look. They worked to deliver upon those specs. Now, we’re considering giving them another project.

They provided excellent designs, and the new platform is very user-friendly. Our students have provided excellent feedback regarding the navigability of the site.

They sent us email updates and shared information via Google Docs. The project manager provided reports of project progress and task completion. They delivered in a timely manner.

We’ve been very happy with how accessible the backend has been. We were given a separate, administrative login, and so the backend has been exceptionally easy to manage.

Just explain what you want to them. They’ll quickly understand your needs and will address them.

With a website that met our needs at hand, the number of our online leads and enquiries has surpassed the leads acquired via other online and offline channels.

He had contacted me for advice on some digital marketing activities via social media and came to know that they develop websites. Saw their portfolio and with no further thoughts, I decided to give the work to him and I must say that the work was purely professional!

I received good responses from our clients that our site and logo look international. We get quite a few inquiries. Especially with the current COVID-19 crisis, we're getting quite a few inquiries about hand sanitizers and it's due to the digital marketing done by them. I’m planning to give more work to them.

Project management is good. When I contacted them, they took care of it immediately. The team was really responsive. We communicated via WhatsApp calls, chat, and email. They met deadlines.
