I was initially skeptical about working with an overseas vendor, but Crest Coder admirably demonstrated their competence. They always delivered and made changes as required.

We had no language barriers, and we communicated mostly through Skype and email. Crest Coder followed the project outline well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Crest Coder was quite responsive and made sure to complete work promptly. They had a solid grasp of the project requirements and were happy to make revisions as needed. Crest Coder sets themselves apart with their commitment to customer service.

I sometimes wished they could start work earlier to accommodate us in a different time zone, but that was not a detrimental issue.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Unfortunately found them online and they tracked me down to make me BELIVE they are not a scam and real people in a real company

I had a bad experience with Crest coder. I hired this company to create an app with 1000 questions I created and sent them via email. These questions were all numbered and written from scratch and I made sure the team would know where to copy paste so there are no confusions for these students studying.

I asked for an app with questions for studying a board exam, and Deep quoted me at around $4K - In the initial contract he said the project would take 2 months and it definitely took WAY longer and I hired someone else after he couldn’t get my app to apple store. After many tries and many rejections from Apple, I decided to hire someone else. I've had to pay almost double what I paid their team to fix all the mistakes they never paid attention to.

I worked with a gentleman by the name of Deep who at first appeared professional and attentive, but as problems arose with the development of the app, he began ignoring me and shrugging his shoulders. Deep was the main person but as I learned he had a whole “team”. The only other person I remember is the marketing person, who tracked me down and told me they can help me!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Their team copy pasted WRONG! Meaning I had to go back in the app and the back end and do everything MYSELF! I had to look for mistakes, pasting at the wrong place, missing stuff or double copy-pasting! Absolutely horrible! There were more than 50 questions that were copy pasted wrong.

No management style! It took forever to get back to me. Forever to fix a mistake.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What is so unique about feeling scammed? I feel scammed. I paid 4000 and the app is not functioning on android, and they couldn’t release it to apple. HORRIBLE! Deep and his team basically created a “looks-good-on-paper” app, which unfortunately is completely missing everything from the back end. Many times people tell me they can’t get into the app, or the app doesn’t recognize them, and the “forget password” never sends any emails.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Please change your prices. Let your prices reflect your amateure level. Tell people “I don’t know” or “I’m sorry I can’t help you”. Return people’s money when you can’t complete a project or do a shitty job IF you’re not going to do it right!

I remember asking to remove a background and it never was removed! This app is not what and how I like to be represented. There is no message server, the back end is pure sh*t, and every so often the app glitches. This is not what I asked for honestly. I feel scammed and it took talking to Apple and hiring another developer to confirm that.

We tried to explain this client that apple does not follow your requirement instead we should follow it. For selling any digital content, we must use apple pay as the mode of payment but client was never ready to accept that which rejected the app several times.

This client is so non-technical and unprofessional and panics after noticing minor issue. In any project, a development firm never does the data entry work. Still on good faith, we agreed on doing the data entry work for this client. Now if client's excel sheet has duplicate entries and has typos, are we supposed to check it? This client is so non-technical that we had to deal with their apple developers account to tiny little requests of this client whereas it is their responsibility to do it by their selves.

I think there should be a way to explain agency's side of the explanation with screenshots and feedbacks to justify the biased reviews like this. From our track records of other reviews, it is obvious to figure out that this client's review is not authentic.
