A complete redesign of our old, clunky website integrated into our custom built backend.

Complete redesign of existing website. We relied on Cybotix for the design, colors, flow, etc. Cybotix worked with our internal developers to implement the new skin.

The website is lovely and works well with our existing (and extremely outdated) framework of databases.

Fairly effective. The majority of missed deadlines were due to our internal staff.

They had excellent communication and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to complete the project.

Tyler Technology. I work in the Resident Resources Division of Courts and Justice as a Sr. Technical Services Support Analyst.

We were recently acquired by Tyler and have many non-correctional / government related Grandfathered accounts we need to offload to good developers for old clients who needed a home.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Head Hunting on Freelancer we found Cyboticx and decided to give them a try and are very happy we did.

The first account we used to test the waters was a popular Vacation Home Rental website that had out dated technology. We scoped out the upgrades, with a design phase and demonstration of potential work and options, and proceeded to implementation afterwards.

The top executives worked with me directly, with a team of roughly 40 developers able to help meet our needs.

Website Upgrades look and function fantastically. Mobile shopping experience is multitudes better.

Cyboticx team adheres to very good best practices to help the workflow go through a controlled experience to make sure your production systems have no issues at launch.

Cyboticx developed a prototype of an app. The goal was to have a sample of an app with a great design to show to potential investors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Cyboticx on freelancer.com. We had a video call with Nick and were convinced that they would do a great job for us.

We sent Cyboticx a presentation with some very simple app screens and a concept. We expected a prototype app without the backend - just the screens with design to go through to give investors an idea how the app would look like and how it would work.

We always communicated and worked with Nick who coordinated and managed everything.

Cyboticx delivered a phantastic app prototype that looks like a real app. They also developed the whole design and a logo - all of these look very professional. Also, they greatly improved our investor presentation.

Great project management, we used Google Meet to talk. Cyboticx always kept the time lines.
