Luke from DataDrive was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and enjoyable to work with. The personal touch made the experience a pleasure. We weren't just a one-size-fits-all customer being delivered a "product"; rather, we were a unique company with unique needs that needed (and received) personalized attention.

DataDrive provided a high level project plan at the outset, but then didn't reference / adhere to it much during the engagement. Some level of project management / periodic alignment with the SOW would have been nice.

Media Bridge approached Data Drive to build a dynamic reporting engine for the agency. We asked for an integration with our internal systems to eliminate our manual processes while also elevating our reporting capabilities and deliverables to our clients.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a few short months, Data drive delivered a functioning Tableau-based engine that allowed for deep dives into drivers and drags to our clients' media performance. In 2023, we expanded our scope to include a number of "sprints" to raise the bar even higher, listening to clients for what would make a tool that delivered business-critical insights i an intuitive way, even for the complex world of media channels and advertising.
Our client adoption continues to climb, and our engine is quickly evolving into an industry-leading platform.

Data Drive are some of the best listeners in the industry! They absorb the tangible as well as intangible delivery goals, and keep communication open and informal while they iterate. Our company relied on DataDrive to help us with our transition from DOMO to Tableau, they held trainings with our team, explained best practices to us, and got into the weeds helping us figure out problems and build dashboards. Most recently they have taken on the building of some of our most complicated/crucial dashboards, and have completed them very quickly with extremely high accuracy.

The number of dashboards completed accurately and on time, as well as overall company knowledge of Tableau and how to operate going forward.

Having the "voice of the customer" was foundational to delivering our next-gen Credit Analytics Hub with simplified navigation, curated content, and improved design to increase the adoption & stickiness of our end users. 

DataDrive was able to turbocharge our ability to drive users to relevant content faster and enable data-driven decision-making.

The initial goal was to build out an EDW but seeing what the team could do to our Tableau environment we quickly pivoted to enrich our tableau environment. They became an extra resource for multiple projects, built out our Tableau Blueprint and trained many users on getting the most out of tableau.
