It gave us the strategic firepower of a massive luxury design agency, but with the agility and personalized focus of an in-house team.

 We came to them with a massive, complex goal: to completely re-engineer our digital identity and elevate our athletic apparel company into a high-end, luxury design house. They didn't just design a website; they perfectly captured our vision.  From overhauling our entire iconography system to building stunning, 'Vogue-editorial' wireframes for our Material Guides and Color Library, their attention to detail is unmatched. Overall, my experience was very positive. The only area for improvement would be adding even more proactive creative exploration early in the process—bringing forward multiple design directions up front could help speed alignment and inspire new ideas. As the Senior Social Media Associate at Physician's Choice, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Designity for about a year now, and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. Since I joined, they played a crucial role in bringing our influencer PR boxes to life at the start of 2024, and starting in April, they’ve been instrumental in igniting our social media presence, particularly on Instagram.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They take the time to understand our vision and help us make it a reality. They’ve always delivered on time which has made project management for our company a much smoother process. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Designity could have done differently?

The least helpful part of Designity I've experienced is bringing on one creative who didn't understand our brand, but once I provided feedback, this was quickly resolved.
