What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

DesignKREW delivered everything on time and as promised. Their work far exceeded all expectations I had when we began working together. Since we launched the new site, I've had much more interest and have gotten a lot of traction from my ideal clients. The sales page is undoubtedly effective and the design and layout is intuitive and appeals to my target audience.

All items were delivered on time or early. They responded to my needs promptly and any issues I had were addressed quickly and with kindness. The entire process was incredibly smooth, which allowed us to focus on the creative side of things and have a lot of fun designing the new website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the most impressive thing about this company is the level of customer care. They treated my website design as if it were their own and I always felt like they had my best interests in mind. 

Typically, I would never expect someone else to be as excited about my business as I am, but with Jessica and her team this wasn't the case at all. I genuinely felt like they weren't working on it because I was paying them - it felt like they were equally passionate about the problem my startup is trying to solve and were equally invested in the end result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something designKREW, INC could have done differently?

There's nothing I can think of that I would suggest as an area for improvement. DesignKREW is efficient, effective, fun, kind, honest, hardworking, organized, and just an all around pleasure to work with.

The agency was asked to evaluate the current website, provide competitive analysis and redesign our entire website to improve the aesthetic as well improve the UI/UX experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

DesignKREW laid out a well-organized road map of deliverables. Any changes/updated to the plan was communicated right away so no surprises.

They delivered on time and when there were unplanned delays (mostly on our side), they communicated right away so there were no disappointments. Expectations were high and they met or exceeded them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They struck the perfect balance between creativity and functionality. They were also very accommodating in terms of making edits and changes as needed. Great people to work with!

Are there any areas for improvement or something designKREW, INC could have done differently?

I found some minor errors/typos in terms of the content, links not functioning, etc. With the volume of information transcribed, I requested that they doublecheck content as well as the functionality of each respective format (desktop, mobile), which they did in a timely manner.
