They used an MPC framework to build our site and MySQL for the database. The mobile apps are being built with native technology for iOS and Android.

In terms of features and functionality, the new site lets users search for property listings and book appointments to view them. On the administrative end, we can manage the properties and set up premium payments.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Most of our agents who are using the new software are happy with it. In some cases, their profits have increased by 40 or 50 percent. We’ve also been able to reduce the amount of time we spend on administrative tasks because the software makes it easier to update listings.

How did Dev Technosys perform from a project management standpoint?

They did an excellent job and delivered everything on time. Their project manager shared a list of milestones with us so we could keep track of their progress and evaluate each new release. They managed our changes well and they’d even speed up the timeline for us if we needed a new piece of the project ahead of schedule.

In terms of communication, we kept in touch by phone, email, and Skype. They were always available, even though their work week didn’t totally line up with ours.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dev Technosys? 

I didn't have a clear vision for my company. I wanted to find a company to help me develop the actual business concept as well as the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dev Technosys started by having conversations in order to understand the project from my perspective. Then they created a document that describes everything that needed to be developed for each step of the website. They made suggestions of how to take my idea and make it more effective and professional. 

They developed my website, which promotes merchants’ specials, discounts, and coupons. We offer subscriber access to legitimate and well-known merchants. For security purposes, our site promotes the specials and deals but we don't process any payments. When a subscriber has interest in a particular coupon, they click and get redirected to the merchant’s website.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact was the project manager. The first person I spoke to was from the sales department. They had 3–4 people working on my project including server specialists, developers, and designers.

I believe I found them on Clutch. I really paid attention to their rating as my key to identify a potential company for my project. I did a tender in several countries. They won my trust so I decided to go with them.

I spent around $35,000. Other than the initial deposit, everything was paid based on completion of the job. That made my life easier to understand what I'm paying for and knowing the company stood behind their work.

The project took place from August 2018–January 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're getting very positive feedback. We’re working now to increase the traffic from social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram. It's very important for me to see the comments we're getting from these sources. A few things still need to be adjusted so we're working to get everything done. Up to this moment, we’re at 100% positive feedback. I'm so happy with Dev Technosys. They're reliable, professional, and hard working. Every one of my requests was taken into consideration. 

How did Dev Technosys perform from a project management standpoint? 

The time difference was a concern. However, they’d always stay late when my working hours didn't match theirs. They made sure that my project was going forward. Most of my communication was through the project manager, primarily through Skype and then some email. I had no language concerns with the project manager. He was great at getting as much information as possible from me so he could understand the concept and details to share with the team. Everyone was so nice. I had no problems whatsoever with this company. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Everything about them was great to be honest. I got 100% support from their team. They assuaged any concerns I had about making my project successful. They excelled at design and development, at fixing or updating things, and at communication. They did a very good job in all aspects. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

The only issue was the time difference and its impact on communication. I can’t expect them to get back to me at three o'clock in the morning. Besides that, I don't have anything that I would recommend they change.

Dev Technosys developed our iOS app to include all the same features as the corresponding website. The difference, however, is that the mobile app is more convenient to use on a smartphone. 

Users can sign up for our service as buyer or seller and log in to the relevant side of the system. They have the option to input or search by all of the criteria that they’re looking for in a property.

Our application is almost finished at this point in time.  Dev Technosys has delivered a good quality of service and work product. Whenever I’ve needed them to correct anything, they’ve been fully able to do so.

Communication has gone well with Dev Technosys. The time zone difference between our companies can sometimes be difficult. We use Skype to correspond.

Dev Technosys is willing to work on anything I request. I can tell they care about and listen to their clients. They advise me on what’s good or bad for my business and provide all the services we need.

So far, we’ve had no bugs or issues with the app. They’ve developed the product to the fulfill transportation and delivery needs we have.

How did Dev Technosys perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is responsive and helpful, answering questions even on weekends. Even though we have time differences, they work with us on every concern around the clock. We communicate via Skype and they send me documents and information through an Android APK. Because of this, we’re able to see their coding work and ask any questions that arise. They’re very accommodating and have wonderfully managed the project.

One of their greatest strengths is their ability to understand our needs. They’re also very skilled communicators and keep me informed throughout the project.

I needed a vendor to provide web and iOS and Android app development for my platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Our product is an on-demand management system for Airbnb and booking. The customers we serve are homeowners who rent. Through our website or app, customers can book services like online check-in and check-out, cleaning, and scheduling times to show their home.
Dev Technosys developed the frontend and backend of the website, and sections for the super admin and sub-admin, and iOS and Android apps. The application has the same booking process as the website.

As the super admin, I can use the sub-admin to designate managers worldwide wherever the service is activated. Every sub-admin can decide on their own prices and fees independently. When users input an address with a zip code on the frontend, the system shows active results in the area including related services and prices. 

The complex backend allows for full customization, which is the most important functionality Dev Technosys developed. Every update is mirrored on the apps which allow customers the options to use the website or mobile platforms similarly.

I searched online for a company that could help me with these projects.  Since domestic companies charge significantly more, I decided to look offshore at firms in India and Pakistan. I searched for the best and most affordable engineers. After narrowing the companies I found online down to two or three options, I ultimately decided to hire Dev Technosys.

We worked together from July 2017–September 2018. The engagement lasted that long because I made a lot of changes during the development stage.

I was looking for a company that could understand what I required and wanted in a lead generation platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We generate leads through PPC campaigns and then pass the leads to a particular company. Dev Technosys developed a portal, using Laravel, Node.js, and MongoDB, where we generate leads and deliver them to registered companies. It is similar to a LAMP platform, but MongoDB manages the high-level database.

The platform is currently in the beta stage and set to launch in January. We’re testing for small bugs. Dev Technosys will provide maintenance work for the platform.

We’re continuously making changes and improving quality on specific pages. About 50% is completed concerning speed and other features. Their approach to fixing bugs in the last phase as opposed to fixing them in the middle of the project is an excellent technique.

My assigned project manager is outstanding. Their team uses agile methodology and works in sprints delivering a majority of work on time. We use Zoho and sometimes meet at their office.

There was an issue with UI that was resolved. I’d rather meet with the project manager before the design team. Dev Technosys could improve that process.

I am the vice president of PoloWorld Limited. We design and manufacture polo equipment and polo-inspired clothing.

We engaged Dev Technosys to revamp our website in Magento 2.0 and to develop an e-commerce mobile application.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to migrate our e-commerce website from a no-longer-supported Magneto platform. The app and site also needed to comply with GDPR guidelines.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We found Dev Technosys on Clutch and compared them against 4–5 other vendors. Their team stood out from the competition with their experience in migrating Magento platforms. After reaching out to 1–2 references, we chose them to complete our project.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Dev Technosys first provided detailed documentation of their intended process. They then designed and coded each platform. Once they finished migrating data from our old website, the team deployed the web application onto our servers and launched the app in the App Store. They also created a loyalty system that uses points that users can redeem on the app.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We’ve received positive feedback from clients–both existing and prospective–on our platforms’ UI. The mobile app’s loyalty system has brought in more sales. We’re highly satisfied with Dev Technosys’ work.

The team used a project management system called Zoho to keep track of progress. Our project manager provided updates and answered questions via Skype. The project ran smoothly from start to finish, and Dev Technosys delivered their products on time.

Dev Technosys provided excellent project management; they kept in constant contact and met each deadline. They eased my concerns about a vendor partnership with their smooth communication and stellar final products.

When we communicated directly with the UI expect and QA team, they had trouble understanding our concerns. However, when we worked with the project manager, he grasped the problem and resolved it quickly.
