Very effective. Weekly cadence, active updates and timesheets. Proper Project plans were prepared and everything was as methodical as we wanted. However we have an entrepreneurial bent of mind (one of the reasons we love Dew) and focus more on outcomes than tedious processes.

Unlike any other IT company we work with, they believe in getting to the point and showing results. Meanwhile, processes/documents can carry on in parallel.
