We are looking to streamline our email marketing and having an agency manage the day-to-day activities of our email marketing channel, including managing/creating flows and ongoing email campaigns.

We searched online to find reputable agency and came across eCom2Win and after speaking to the founder Stoyan, we decided to proceed with them and have them handle our email marketing.

We came up with the plan to re-create and optimize the existing flows as well as doing 12 campaigns per month for the brand including brand building content and promotional campaigns.

I worked mostly with the project manager Jocelyn and Stoyan would also be on the call every time. We used the Trello for project management and it worked great.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Stoyan and the team are very professional, I am really satisfied with the flows they created for us which generated great results. During the last 30 days, we were able to generate 19% of the revenue from flows and about 10% from the campaigns. The results have been improving compared to when they first started, which was 13% and 2% prospectively, so over the last 3 months or so, they are able to improve our flow and campaign results by a great margin.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was effective and our questions are answered in a timely manner. we used Trello for project management and it is great in terms of the workflow. We are kept in the loop of what is happening at all times.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very professional and organized. They adapt to clients' needs. Most of the time, I am happy with what they created and occasionally we will have feedback or changes that we would like to make, and they are able to address these accordingly.

First, we went through the company's branding and style and incorporated it into our email templates. Then we went through a design phase where Stoyan's team would create email flows for different areas such as cart abandonment, welcome, etc. All flows were shared through Trello and emails were sent to customers through Klaviyo. Once flows were approved we set a date to launch and let the flows run for a month. Now we are working on campaigns for our products

Two people communicated with me directly - the CEO and the Project Manager. Otherwise, there were also other people involved in the project - copywriter, designer, email strategist and email specialist - but I didn't have to communicate with them directly.

The email campaigns were very successful! We had a 60% open rate which is very good for the first month. These emails generated 20% of our revenue and brought in a lot of new customers.

The company I work for is a very niche company and hard to understand for a lot of people, let alone how to market it. However, they were quick understand the basic and to create content that made sense and worked flawlessy.

I’m the co-owner of an e-commerce business that specifically sells lithium-ion batteries, LED lights, and adapters for the movie industry in America and the rest of the world.

In order to keep growing, we outsource our work to agencies that we think could make further improvements, so we hired eCom2Win to take over our Klaviyo email marketing flows and campaigns.

At the start of the project, eCom2Win provided me with a free audit on my account and identified four new email flows we could implement — they also audited my current email flows which were created by another agency.

Their project management is quite good and seamless, as I don’t have to do much at all. It’s a function in my business that I consider fully automated thanks to the team.

We use Trello to manage the project and Klaviyo as our primary email marketing tool.

We like that the team is very likable, easy to get along with, and collaborative.

They only introduced the new project manager that I was going to be communicating with through email, so it would’ve been better if we got into a call for the introductions.

A little more business personalization would be a significant improvement.

I would say to trust eCom2Win and don’t be afraid to hand over the reins to get the best results. Some companies aren’t equipped to handle certain projects so if you’re looking to implement email marketing, try using an agency to do it for you.

Our eCommerce store had been in business for several years. But we hadn’t done anything in terms of email marketing. We were looking for the best agency to help us make the most of our email list and traffic. We simply didn’t have the time or the expertise to do it alone.

Our main goal was to start generating 20%+ of our total revenue through email marketing. Of course, we wanted to make sure the emails look professional and are relevant to our target audience. We hired eCom2Win to do a complete initial setup on Klaviyo - email sequences, pop-ups, segmentation, etc.

There were a lot of options but it quickly became evident that eCom2Win is the right choice. Some freelancers approached us and offered to do a setup for as low as $200 but their emails were so general, so templated. There was no strategy or thought about our target audience.

There were also some super expensive agencies that wanted to charge $10,000 for no good reason. eCom2Win offered a unique process that I didn’t see anywhere else. We picked them because of their professionalism, the attention to detail, customization and strategic guidance. Their price to value ratio was outstanding too so it was a no-brainer.

eCom2Win created all the necessary email sequences. That includes strategy, design, copywriting, implementation and everything else. A complete setup from A to Z. First, we had to fill out an Onboarding Questionnaire. That made sure the agency understood our business and target audience.

Once that was done, they started working on the project. Everything was created with outstanding quality. All the email sequences were created in Klaviyo (our email marketing platform).

We communicated with the founder and a project manager. Otherwise, the copy was done by a native speaker and the design by a professional graphic designer. The fact we had to communicate mainly with the project manager made it so much easier for us.

Shortly after starting to work with eCom2Win, we were making 20%+ of our total revenue through email marketing. We achieved or should I say, overachieved our goal. What’s more, some subscribers reached out and complimented us on how awesome the emails were. I didn’t expect that. If we’re making a ton of sales and our audience is loving the emails, I’m happy.

The strategy and customization related to my business. Everyone else was offering to “create X flows that will bring results”. But regardless of the price, they all seemed to have an approach similar to “Okay, the welcome flow has X emails with ABC topics”.

eCom2Win was solving a much bigger issue and they came up with custom topics for each email. Super unique. Their idea was to send the right email to the right person at the right time.

They built the email strategy, wrote the email copy, and designed all the emails, and set up everything in Klavyio.
