We are the marketing innovations and technology subsidiary of a larger graphics company. We are responsible for building out and delivering client-facing technologies that make users more efficient.

What challenge were you trying to address with Enterpi Software Solutions?

We needed a good team that could work with us, understand the challenges we face, and help us deliver technology solutions.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We start every project with a kickoff. We discuss the exact needs and scope and then estimate the level of effort required to deliver the appropriate technology solution. Once the proposal makes sense, we approve it and they provide software development services. They write the code, deploy solutions, and run testing.

Most of their work for us centers around marketing process automation and is built on a LAMP stack. They’re also very strong in frontend technologies like Angular. Anything they build helps our clients run their own processes and improve efficiency.  

What is the team composition?

We worked with one of their head individuals and could interact with multiple project managers and coordinators. The team size scales to match the problem at hand.

How did you come to work with Enterpi Software Solutions?

Several years ago, we needed a team to build websites for us and for our clients. A partner at the company we chose branched off and started Enterpi. He asked if his new company could do a project for us, so we gave them an assignment. They delivered a good product and we started working with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around ten years ago. We have multiple ongoing projects with them now.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have onsite developers who monitor their work. I’ve never heard anything negative from them. Their delivery times help us finish projects quickly and the quality of work is beyond anything we could get from less experienced vendors. Those are our two KPIs. From a cost perspective, their timeliness saves us money.

How did Enterpi Software Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They do really well. Availability is important to us and they always have someone on hand, even at night or on weekends. We communicate a lot through Skype and Slack and we don’t have difficulty with time differences or language barriers. We’ve developed high expectations and they always meet them. Our interactions always run smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They break down difficult business problems and situations and expand their technology solutions at a rapid rate. They’re very strong on the frontend/UI side of things and all their interfaces feel current and cutting edge.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d love them to increase the size of their team. That’s not necessarily a negative. We like what they’re doing and want to engage more of their resources.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Define your needs clearly and in writing. Be patient with any cultural or time differences and you will benefit from their services.
