At times but not every time. English is not their first language, so communicating with them wasn't easy at times. Everything was always 1hr or more even for small tasks.

The person assigned was skillful on the tech stack.

Language and communication are a challenge.
Overcharging for minor tasks. Everything is one hour and if slightly longer then I noticed they will charge a full day. I starting asking around and quickly realized they were overcharging by hours big time.

Hi.

We appreciate the review and thank you for the good feedback regarding our resources and the high quality of the work.

Unfortunately there are always some difficulties when client wants only a few hours of support and is not able to commit with a minimum needed to keep at least a part time resource allocated.

We do try our best but eventually we need to allocate someone new that eventually needs to be onboarded and might take more time than expected.

We are always trying to support the best way we can but we understand that budget might a limitation sometimes for companies, especially the pre-funded ones that are still trying to find investment.

Over time we have improved this process and we are now with a fully dedicated team to support those companies and have less impact on this situation.

In any case we do believe that this was a good review and maybe the score is not reflecting exactly what the client is saying.

Finally, we are always trying to improve our communication internally with a qualified teacher teaching our employees the English language in a daily basis.

We have now up to 90% of professionals speaking fluent english.
