The platform launched successfully and is now the primary communication channel for all four stakeholder segments. International communications process has become more structured, and we’ve received consistent feedback that the platform reflects a credible, transparent international presence. The inbuilt SEO instruments allow to continuously raise the website search rankings.

Frontmen structured the engagement well, given its complexity. They opened with a proper discovery phase — stakeholder interviews, content audit, architecture planning — before any design or development work began, which reduced costly revisions later. The work proceeded in regular cycles with defined checkpoints, so we had continuous visibility into progress rather than waiting for a big reveal at the end. The team was responsive when requirements evolved and when it was needed acted proactively. The project was delivered on schedule. Communication was clear and direct throughout.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to translate a genuinely complex stakeholder challenge into a coherent web architecture was the most valuable thing they brought. Designing a single platform that serves international investors, media, business partners, and internal staff — without becoming a bloated or confusing experience for any of them — requires real structural thinking at the UX and information architecture level. They approached it systematically: the audience segmentation and journey mapping, work done upfront directly shaped the architecture, which then held up through development. That kind of discipline at the discovery stage is not universal.

The project ran well overall. The team adapted without significant friction. No major issues with execution or delivery.

We wanted to create an intuitive and user-friendly system, and the Frontmen team successfully implemented it. There are many CRM systems on the market, the implementation of which is a difficult task. This requires significant costs and efforts. 

After discussing our goals, desired structure, and possible solutions, we splitted the project into sprints and made a UI development plan with the designer while the developers implemented the CRM system on the platform. Figma, Javascript, Laravel Framework and Php were used effectively, efficiently and creatively.

The project demonstrated clear progress and success. We observed a substantial improvement in our website's search engine rankings, leading to increased organic traffic. Furthermore, the acquisition of high-quality backlinks significantly enhanced our online presence.

We agreed in advance on which communication style suits us, how often we can communicate and our main business goals. All the staff are very experienced, easy to work with, and did everything possible to make our project a success.

The CRM system managed to automate many administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management, freeing up staff time to do more important tasks. 

The CRM system also helped manage orders, from simple to complex, helping us to keep track of all the details and the process of their fulfillment. Due to it, we can analyze customer data to understand their needs. This has significantly increased profitability and customer satisfaction.

From my experience, I can say that everyone in the team worked quickly. And their managers always kept us informed.

Our website was old and outdated and didn't answer our requirements. We needed a modern website that could be technological and functional. We hired the Frontmen team to design and develop this website and then support it. And it exceeded all our expectations.

We searched online for web developers, asked other companies for recommendations and shortlisted 6 companies. The Frontmen team was very competent, offering modern and practical solutions for our tasks. The communication was pleasant, which is also very important for future cooperation.

We agreed on a meeting to discuss our wishes and goals, agreed on which blocks are required for the website. After that, the team offered design options and prepared a detailed technical task to develop a PHP website that could answer our requirements. We approved each stage of work separately and only then moved on. The Frontmen team has also developed a separate Research portal within the site, which has a special features: keeps track of registered customers, sends emails, allows us to automate many processes.

A project manager and Frontmen CEO were main two figures to discuss all the details at the very beginning. When the technical task and agreement were signed, we communicated with the project manager. There were also developers and designers from the team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website we saw a 80% increase in traffic and visitors stayed on the site pages twice as long as before. We received a lot of nice feedback about the design of the website and the ease of finding the right information on it. Thanks to the updated functionality of the site, our employees spend three times less time working with clients.

We discussed the timing for each task and the project manager reported weekly on progress. The company has its own program for work communications - teamwork, where one can find all the information in one place.

Under the umbrella project we have chosen the Frontmen as main developer of web portal for our group of companies. Our aim were to provide high quality website for our customers.

We found 10 potential developers for the first round and asked to provide a short presentation of the new project. There were cheaper offers but Frontmen already had a similar project so they understand our market and our business goals.

We started with the backlog we sent them for quotation so there were not a lot of questions. After some time they provided the b/w mock-up then a colourful design according to our brand book. Negotiations passed quickly. Our requests were: user friendly CMS, flexibility design, to avoid the cheap constructors such as Wordpress and so on.

During the different stages of the project there were various teams but we had a good project manager that aimed all negotiations at her side. Sometimes we had conference calls with them if they want to determine some complex questions.

In case of market changes our deadline has shifted earlier so we asked to hurry. We received the MVP for the required date and the rest in two weeks. It was totally acceptable for us. We are satisfied with the Frontmen's work. Now we launched the second stage of the project. I highly recommend Frontmen as developer.

Basic platform for communication is Teamwork. There were some delays in tasks but whole project in time. Sometimes they been asked to send documents via email or to correspond using Telegram

Several times we asked to fix small bugs or to improve some minor changes. Everything was done on time without any extra costs.

As I wrote before our income and quantity of transactions increased. For example in December we increased for 34% comparing to previous year, in November for 55%, and in January for 184% (comparing to the previous year).

The management style at Frontmen is one of prioroties of their perfect service. Among the tools of communication we use Teamwork programm, where we schedule all our tasks, comments, files, and timing. For fast communication we use Telegram chat, it helps to fasten some daily tasks.

We appreciate to the friedly and active communication of Frontmen team, they are always ready to explain any issues, and meet all our needs, as a customer. If necessary, we carry on Skype calls, to discuss important stages of the project with all our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive fact about Frontmen is their multifunctional and complex attitude to our needs. They don't just realize our separate tasks but analyze all facts, which can influence the final result.

For example, we started to work with online promotion, but realized that our website needs to be rebranded, to make some functional improvements, to be more convenient and modern for the consumers, and in such a way we globally improved our results for promotion.

They pay attention to all stages of our online development - such as UA/UX design, technical problems of our website, and other issues which can be improved. We like their proactivity during the project realization and their commitment to our success.

We are INCREDIBLY disappointed with the results. They delivered the website 2 months late and unfinished. We did not confirm the design and they did not change it. The ecommerce platform is not functioning and we have lost 2 months of sales due to their performance with this development.

Timelines were not respected. Communication tools were fine, as they use a CRM which kept tasks organized.
