GenBee’s task was to design and execute a lead generation campaign focusing on companies that could benefit from our IT Support, System Design, and Implementation services, including ERP, CRM, POS, Retail, and HRM systems. Beyond system integration, GenBee also highlighted our capability in IT Security Audits and IT Policy Advisory, which follow European compliance and governance standards, a key differentiator in the local market.

Their team managed the full outreach process: identifying and engaging potential clients, crafting platform-specific messaging, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings directly with decision-makers. Every arranged meeting was well-prepared, relevant, and aligned with our service offerings.

Within the first campaign cycle, GenBee successfully connected us with several SMEs that fit our target profile, leading to meaningful business discussions and long-term opportunities. All campaign activities, from audience research and content preparation to outreach execution and performance reporting, were delivered on schedule or ahead of deadlines. GenBee used a combination of shared dashboards and regular progress meetings, allowing us to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies quickly when needed.

What stood out most was their responsiveness and adaptability. Whenever we had updates to our target client profiles or wanted to adjust messaging emphasis, for example, promoting our IT Security Audit and Policy Advisory services more strongly, their team responded promptly and implemented changes within hours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GenBee could have done differently?

It's just GenBee is so nice to all kinds of prospect. There were a few cases that the prospect did not respect our schedule and our agent multiple times, we decided not to go on providing the services. But GenBee was so proactively and kept being positive with those leads, and that's just time-consuming instead of reaching out for those who actually value us.

Appoinment setting service to our target clients in manufacturing industries (C level) across Vietnam. They managed to close around 30+ qualified meetings in 4 months, around 50% of them are moving to contract negotiation stage which is quite impressive. Thanks GenBee :)

Yes they do. They even have a guaranteed number of activities to be delivered per week. We have weekly reports and biweekly meetings

Price seems to be the cheapest in the market. Their report templates seem quite basic but information is informative enough.

Are there any areas for improvement or something GenBee could have done differently?

GenBee seems so new to the market that I was initially skeptical, but after four months of service, they delivered quite well regarding the number of meetings and sales activities. The team is super friendly and prompt as well. 
Room to improve: Maybe GenBee can try some reporting software to make the report more appealing :)
