I am the Chief Marketing Officer for The Fulfillment Lab, a marketing and fulfillment company.

For what projects/services did your company hire GenTech Marketing, and what were your goals?

TFL had never real had a consistent digital advertising plan, so developing and implementing a plan was needed.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

GenTech Marketing was referred to me from a trusted colleague.

First we did a assessment of our current situation, followed by clear communication about our short and long term goals. Then we developed a plan within our stated budget to move towards those goals. We started with a Facebook advertising plan followed by Google, LinkedIn and YouTube.

During the initial relationship we worked with both co-founders. Once we started implemented the plan our communication shifted to one owner who took the lead on our implementation strategy.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our project is ongoing, but we have already increased our efforts (and spending) to accommodate additional strategies based on early positive results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication (and workflow) has been fantastic. Our day to day contact is always able and willing to connect in any number of ways - email, text, phone, zoom, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Both communication and willingness to evolve and adapt on a daily basis, if needed, are easy and welcomed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While we always want better results, we believe we have the right partner for our wants and needs as evidenced by our willingness to increase our spending in an effort to diversify and efforts while strengthening others.

I’m the marketing director and vice president of Predicted Platinum Records.

We needed marketing support for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided cars, promotional materials, and an automated website that made it easier for us to promote our brand. 

We also did Instagram marketing. They would promote our profile in places with high traffic.

We have worked with two people on this project.

How did you come to work with GenTech Marketing?

I ran into someone locally that referred me to them. We tried out their services and liked what we saw.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2020, and the work is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I think we’ve gained 8,000 new followers. We have gotten more sales and have a great conversion rate. People are interested in purchasing our services. It was an outstanding campaign.

We used one of their cars to market our company. Everywhere we went in the car, everyone wanted a business card from us. It was a rush of people. Having our Instagram profile on the car advertising our profile boosted our image. It was a good look.

How did GenTech Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been good. Everything is straight to the point. We use our merchant account, and as far as analytics, they gather all of that information.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility is impressive, and their services are straight to the point.

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that you have a good budget and a product that people actually want.

GenTech helped us expand to the East Coast of the United States as we are a small company that originates in Los Angeles, California.

We selected GenTech Marketing because we found them as one of the first results on Google.

GenTech crafted strategic advertising materials and created social media advertising.

I worked directly with the Head of Productions and the VP of Lead Generation.

2.5 times sales growth in our east coast division. 4 times growth of east coast sector website traffic.

They went the extra mile to provide transparency and did most of the heavy lifting without needing much of our input.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very experienced and professional with how they handled our business. I can tell they have done this for many years and have no sweat on providing the best service possible.

There’s always room for improvement but we are very happy with the results.
