Develop our Android app: bring the Android app to parity with our IOS app, experiment with new user experiences, connect the app to analytics / A/B testing systems, rework the onboarding flow, and enable social login.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hattrick IT, and what were your goals?

We used Hattrick IT for part of our mobile app and game development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My team selected them prior to me joining.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

For each projects, we go through discovery and estimation of effort. Then we go through design, development and deployment using both agile and waterfall.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had 2 developers; one on some of the mobile app features and the other one on the mobile games.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team was very responsive, understanding and a pleasure to work with. Throughout my time here, we were able to get some games and developing a new version of the app.

The teams are remote but everyone is responsive. We use Slack for communication and JIRA for task management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was knowledgeable about the development, flexible, and willing to help with R&D as needed.
