How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Communication was one of my biggest priorities. I have worked with other people on SEO in the lack of communication skills really decreased the quality of work.

So far we have been working together for 1 month only. Communication was clear, but it's too soon to review other results as that takes time.

Communication with Incrementors Web Solutions is clear, and they are all friendly. They're using proper tools that create clear overviews in which they display results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Devendra is very kind in particular. He seems experienced. The reviews of the company in general are quite good.

None at all.

We had a large e-commerce client migrating to Shopify, and we wanted to make sure that the site’s framework and structural integrity could handle our updates. We needed help in SEO.

Incrementors is doing the groundwork foundation for our client’s large website. They’ve implemented improvements on metatags, headings, and duplicated backend data. They’ve also set up Google schemas for iOS 15.3. 

In addition, Incrementors has made recommendations to our designers based on data from the site’s heat maps and ad flow. We’re cohesively working together to bring the site to where it needs to be.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I measure the project’s success based on weekly reports and by looking at the site. I’ve scanned the platform using Ahrefs before engaging with Incrementors, and we’ve had 7,000 warnings and errors. Incrementors has reduced that to single digits. 

We also have good numbers in terms of backlinks, organic search rating, and domain authority in just one month of working together.

Incrementors does great work when you’re not hovering over their shoulders. That said, they deliver what they commit and can be relied upon to work autonomously. We use Slack, Google Docs, and Google Sheets to collaborate. It’s easy to communicate with their team, and we’ve had no issues. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Incrementors’ execution is impressive. Their addition to our team has been valuable. They don’t need any help figuring out how to do their job. They deliver and execute their tasks, and we’ve got the results we’re aiming for. They have my 100% trust in our projects moving forward.

A lot of the work we’ve been doing is in the background. We haven’t launched anything to get direct results yet, but they've been outstanding.

They’re great; they give us weekly reports, and we can talk to them whenever we need to without waiting for a response. In terms of tools, we use Slack, Google Meet, and Trello.

They have expertise in giving advice; we were a bit unsure of some of the stuff we were doing with them, but they've been able to guide us.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — it’s been a straightforward project with no mishaps.

Make sure you give them all the information and that they’re plugged into your systems and project management boards. Also, be available to answer questions for them.

On top of that, they’ve worked on our paid ad campaigns. The team uses Google Analytics and other tools for keyword research and planning.

Incrementors’ project management is great. Our main point person knows what he’s doing, and we work well together. We use Google Spreadsheets to manage our engagement; to communicate, we mainly use emails and Zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I only have to deal with one person from their team. As a result, that person is highly familiar with what’s happening in our organization. Simply put, our contact person truly understands the job at hand — that’s what I enjoy about working with Incrementors.

It would be nice if they have a partner to write our content. We don’t use Incrementors for that since we want local firms to write content for local audiences. Given that, they can maybe have a US partner that can help them bring that service to the table.

When working with service providers like Incrementors, always have a jointly documented goal. Then, keep checking your progress based on that goal, which should be objective and numerical if possible. Review your goal weekly or monthly, and agree upon it early in the engagement.

In less than a month, a client's domain authority score has increased by seven points. They've also seen a 25% increase in traffic, so the client is quite satisfied overall.

What I like about Incrementors the most is that we can work together as partners. They advise us on keywords, and we collaborate on the entire process. The team has really provided excellent solutions.

Everything's been perfect so far. Each quarter, we plan for the next three months and set goals for each month. 

They give me reports every week on what they've done, what we need to achieve, and so on. We use Google Sheets to track their work and Slack for communication.

Incrementors is a team of hard workers. They genuinely want to help us achieve our goals. Furthermore, the team is proactive and plans the project well. Working with them is really easy because we don't have to tell them what to do.

I'd worked with SEO companies before, but we didn't get our expected results. Our previous partners just wanted to earn money.

Incrementors is good at communication — they get back to us fast and with clear answers. They’re very straightforward in terms of executing the tasks that we assign to them. We don’t encounter any issues regarding our budget. We usually communicate through emails.

We had a variety of old posts on our website that needed to be updated for SEO. We had a lot of recipe-oriented posts, and we wanted to convert them and use the appropriate schema language so Google could better index them and we could improve our rankings.

Incrementors Web Solutions worked on web editing and enhancing the recipe contents we had. They focused on website content and SEO.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 1–2 people. We had a main point of contact, and another person did a lot of the content.

How did you come to work with Incrementors Web Solutions?

We found them on Upwork. I use that network to contract work, and that’s how we started working with Incrementors Web Solutions.

How much have you invested with them?

It was about $175 a week, so we spent between $1,500–$2,000 for the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t seen any immediate results, but that was expected. Typically, even if you make dramatic changes with the content, it may take anywhere from 3–6 months to see any tangible results in terms of traffic.

However, in terms of the quality of the work, we were definitely happy with them. I think it’s a matter of time before we start to see fundamental differences. Moreover, we were satisfied with their SEO knowledge, and they were specifically good at working with our WordPress plugin, WP Recipe Maker. They demonstrated a lot of proficiency and were able to set the recipe cards and get the best SEO out of it.

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of management and moving the project forward, they were punctual and responsive. We didn’t have any complaints. Whenever we had a new request or if we needed some changes, they would always respond within the hour or at least within the same day.  It was very easy to communicate with them, and they outlined clear guidelines on how they’d do the project.

We basically used Upwork, and I’d check their progress on Google Sheets. It was pretty straightforward; there wasn’t any need for any complex tools. We communicated through emails and the chat on Upwork.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They definitely stood out for their responsiveness. Other agencies can have long delays before we hear back from them, and it might take anywhere from 3–5 days to get a response. On the other hand, we could rely on Incrementors Web Solutions. They’d get us an answer — if not a solution altogether — within the same day.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only issue we had was with the language barrier. It was evident that they’d translate to English, and sometimes it didn’t make sense. If they’d had a native English speaker for projects, they’d probably do a lot better in that regard.

However, it was a minor thing — it didn’t impact the project in any meaningful way.

If you have any specific preferences or demands, they’d be more than happy to accommodate them.

Our keyword rankings have improved by about 70% since we worked with Incrementors. Through their SEO work, I’m positive that we’ll increase our sales and grow our presence in the coming months. 

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Incrementors is performing really well when it comes to project management. They’ve been excellent at providing us with information and guidance. 

Incrementors always meet deadlines; when we set meetings, they are always present. They go above and beyond with explanations, and they have a lot of figures and files for us to review.

We communicate through Discord, and we use Google Meet for meetings. They send us weekly emails with all of the figures and updates. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Incrementors really understood our company, and they are super flexible about our goals. 

As a startup, we don’t have the huge budget that other companies might have — it’s a balancing act all the time of what we’re going to be able to afford to do. Despite that, Incrementors has been very flexible working with us. They meet our goals and give us good advice on how to maximize our budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, I need to ask for simplifications and explanations for terms outside of my expertise. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Educate yourself, and ask a lot of questions about how SEO works. Make sure you have clear expectations. SEO is a long-term goal. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about what certain things mean and what their impact will be. 

Make sure you understand what the work is and why it’s important. If you don’t break it down, you might not realize the meaningful gains you’re already making.
