As I mentioned, Infinity helped us in scale our paid users about 40% year over year the last 2 years. This allowed us to raise another round of funding.

The workflow was smooth. They are extremely proactive and responsive via email. We also have weekly meetings to keep everything on track and then they put together very extensive weekly reports that help fill in what's going on between the numbers. That's been extremely helpful.

Their ability to parlay their experience with e-commerce into attracting high-net-worth individuals was impressive. They are also extremely skilled at navigating the whole Facebooks Ads universe and dealing with the issues that come up when Facebook rejects ads to make sure our campaigns were always up and running. The ability to experiment and test out different audiences to find the ones that on the surface seemed counterintuitive but yet yielded great results and lower cost of client acquisition.

Infinity Media's strategies dramatically reduced our initial app install cost from $60 to $4 and increased our monthly app installs to over 20,000. They also lowered the cost of acquiring a funded account from over $250 to around $60 (the lowest we've seen has been in the last month with an average cost of a funded account falling below $50).

The team at Infinity is quick to respond and follow-up on any of our requests. We've always been very impressed with their ability to provide quick turnarounds for all of our initiatives. I found their execution to be above what any other marketing agencies we worked with were able to provide. Clear delivering on promises is key when it comes to something as subjective as marketing.

We would have liked more assistance from our product end; we felt that was where our pipeline lacked, I think a greater success would have been possible had there been more attention paid to this early on. There were many changes on our end to the product during this time so it likely added additional difficulties to provide appropriate assistance.

Infinity Media works with ICC and our clients to strategize and implement many of our marketing campaigns and the entire marketing funnel. As they call it, they manage the top middle and bottom of the funnel. Top - They have strategized, scoped and managed many traffic acquisition campaigns including: digital planning, media targeting/creation of lookalike audiences, buying and optimizing ads on Facebook, Google (including Google grants), and LinkedIn.

They also are responsible for creating ad copy and design for many of these campaigns. Middle - They build all landing pages from strategy and concept discussions with the client (custom design/development) on Unbounce with integrations to Hubspot.

They are always testing landing pages; design & other conversion elements to improve the landing page conversion rate. Bottom - To deliver and constantly improve sales and loyalty, Infinity Media has worked with us to create segmented email strategies, retargeting and remarketing outreach and SMS automations.

We've executed successfully on several lead generation campaigns. Our team and clients have been pleased with campaigns that have generated leads under $2. On one specific digital event marketing campaign Infinity was able to double the leads and reduce the CPL from $16 to $4 – over the first weekend of taking it over from another resource.

The Infinity Media team level set expectations with their reporting and insights at the beginning of the week. Then we scheduled a regular weekly call to discuss results, insights, and action items. Following team meetings, the IM team would work to execute the agreed to initiatives, and deliverables until the next week/meeting. Any consultation between reports and meetings was done via chat or email - they are extremely quick to respond which I appreciate.

The team led by Renny is extremely knowledgeable about all the innovation techniques and latest trends in digital marketing. We experienced consistency of workflow and great results, especially in traffic and lead generation for many clients. We've worked on dozens of projects over the years, and each time we receive a progressive and strategically sound plan to achieve the desired results – many times with budget limitations. Then throughout the execution, the communication and analysis/reporting has been extremely helpful.

They are an efficient group and run at a high speed of service, we would appreciate a bit more time devoted to account management and discussing performance.

Lastly, one of the biggest impacts has been across the marketing/landing page funnels. They help test & maximize our conversion rate optimization throughout the funnel with integrations to Hubspot to drive more demos.

They have a small team which we love. We get a lot of personalized attention like they're part of our team vs. a lot of the other marketing agencies out there. First off, the results speak for themselves - we've doubled spend and cut the costs of our demos in half which is incredible. On top of that, the team at Infinity Media is always proactive about always testing to drive results.
