We brought them onboard during the migration of our website to a new design and CMS. From preparing post migration checklists to during and post migration they helped our internal team ensure a smooth transition. They were always available to coordinate with our development partners and their support to our internal team was prompt .

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website has gone online and is so far performing well . There have been minimum fall of rankings post migration which were expected with such a migration. Any mistake in this process would have caused multiple indexing issues or drastic fall in rankings which we’ve not had to face because of how thorough Intentful media was .

Somewhat satisfied with the delivery of items. There was little delay in running post migration reports for us but for the rest of the process they were prompt and satisfied us with their project management and customer support skills.
