We searched online and their portfolio and specialisation was exactly what we needed.

Itsvit implemented the infrastructure deployment using Terraform and Ansible for our company.

We worked with several people from Itsvit: - a project manager - a Devops architect - a Devops senior engineer

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As the outcome with have a git repository with all necessary terraform/ansible scripts that automate our infrastructure deployment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication with Itsvit's team was very effective. We had weekly calls with online demonstration of the progress and daily reports.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The overall project plan and execution which led to successful completion in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have not encountered any significant issues. One engineer was replaced during the project execution but it went smoothly.

We had a DDoS attack on our server, and it was blocked by the provider. We have contacted IT Svit and got an immediate response. The DevOps engineer, has restored the environment and re-installed all the components in order to bring back functionality of the environment

DevOps engineer for technical issues, and account manager for organizational question.

The issue was fixed in a timely manner. All aspects were correctly resolved.

We had several calls and created fast communication between our tech engineer and their DevOps engineer. We've had no communications problems in this project.

It Svit had the exact expertise we were looking for and provided fast solutions.
