I’m the COO of Huenel IT Services, an IT services company. We deliver software development to our customers. We also do application maintenance outsourcing for our customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with ITSC SAS?

We needed help with IT consulting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ITSC SAS supports us in defining and designing some processes related to our IT framework. They’re a consultant service, so they help us train our resources involved in the service. They also work with our QA department to design the process and the implementation. In addition to that, they monitor our integral online procedure to ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations.

What is the team composition?

There are 4–5 people from their team working with us, including IT consultants and a service manager, who is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with ITSC SAS?

A customer recommended them. On the first call, they gave us high confidence in their knowledge about what we needed. We were aware that they were experts in their field.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $40,000–$50,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our end consumers do reports on their work, and we've received great feedback saying that they're professional and provide quality service.

How did ITSC SAS perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re outstanding in their communication and services and honest about what they can do and what they don’t. They also provide constant reports and make suggestions for our service. In terms of communication, we use Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their approach and their work are very professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — we feel very comfortable working with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If they say they can do the work, it’s because they have the know-how — you can trust them.
