We partnered with Jelvix to address one of our most pressing challenges: fragmented and siloed data. Our critical systems — EHR, imaging, billing, labs, and clinical trials — were disconnected, creating inefficiencies and compliance risks.

The outcomes have been transformative. Jelvix successfully integrated all major data streams into a consistent ecosystem, enabling real-time dashboards for both operational decision-making and compliance oversight. Reports that previously required hours to generate can now be produced significantly faster, driving efficiency gains across departments.

Quantitatively, we have achieved a ~37% improvement in data processing efficiency and a ~32% increase in reporting accuracy. These advances directly reduce compliance risks, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and improve scalability when onboarding new oncology networks and research centers.

Beyond the numbers, Jelvix’s solution has enhanced customer satisfaction, supported retention, and positioned us for new growth opportunities through advanced analytics and AI readiness.

Additionally, they’ve delivered custom API integrations and FHIR-based solutions to sync remote patient monitoring data with our EHR platforms like Epic and Cerner.

Their work includes billing automation, digital check-in systems, and engagement tools to boost patient throughput and reimbursement. They further support us with zero-trust security architecture, vendor risk assessments, tele-rehab platforms, AI-powered scheduling, mobile onboarding, and robust telehealth systems with compliance alerts and geo-specific logic.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen measurable results so far, including major improvements in operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, billing processes, and patient engagement. Integration with Epic and Cerner is now easy, and our expanded telehealth and tele-rehab capabilities have enhanced our ability to deliver care remotely and effectively.

We’ve also seen a 70% increase in our operational efficiency and 5-star ratings from our clients. These improvements have had a great impact on our business as our customers are more satisfied, and we’re even getting referrals, expanding our service to other parts of the US and not only Houston, Texas.

Internally, Jelvix implemented a powerful data management system that not only organized and secured our information but also ensured that all data is regularly backed up and easily accessible.

At CCS, we help people with diabetes get the supplies and supports they need to manage their conditions at home. Before hiring Jelvix, we had some challenges. Patients often forgot to take their medication or ran out of supplies because there was no easy way to track what they needed. Many struggled to stay on top of their treatment, and there wasn’t a simple way for them to get help or ask questions. Jelvix built a mobile and web application that changed all that. Now, patients get automatic reminders for their medication, can track their supplies, and reorder with just a few clicks. The app also has a dashboard where they can check their blood sugar levels, schedule virtual visits with health coaches, and access helpful tips and resources. Everything is designed to be simple, so patients don’t feel overwhelmed. Plus, the app is fully secure, so their personal information stays safe.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ever since we launched the app, we have seen measurable outcomes. More patients are sticking to their treatments plan and the rate of missed doses is now low. The supply tracking feature means they dont run out of their medications and the coaching tools are helping them feel more confident about managing their health. Our team can also keep track of patient progress more easily, which helps us step in sooner if someone needs extra support.

Jelvix has an attentive team available for us at all hours of the day despite our time zone differences — whenever I send them a message, they get back to us immediately. In addition, they deliver everything within deadlines and on budget and are responsive to our feedback. Regarding communication, we use Slack and GitLab.

Jelvix is based in Ukraine, and their team has been able to overcome the Russian Invasion challenges to deliver good work.
