I am a CEO of an IT-outsourcing company, we develop a novel system for secure authentication in Windows domain networks.

We were looking for a partner who would be able to continue developing our mobile companion application, and addition to the main authentication system.

What were your goals for this project?

The app is designed to help users to authenticate against our system, by communicating one-time passwords and PINs to the server.

JetSoftPro started where the previous developers had left implemented main logic for communicating with our servers.

What was the team composition?

Initially started with 3 people in the team, we reduced the number to just one main developer, who was able to deliver everything we needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since this is a service-bound app, it is not used as widely in the field as that of the competitors, but the app's functions spell magic on the onlookers while demoing the product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At the beginning we had a project manager at vendor's side, but later started to manage the project ourselves. We communicate directly via a messaging solution and it proves very effective.

We contracted JetSoftPro to complete development of the of a cultivation app geared towards businesses.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to see a managment app developed to help our customers manage their cultivation processes.

We were recommended this vendor from a partner that had a positive experience.

Once the vendor understood our project, we held weekly conference calls to touch base on progress and ask questions. Additionally we also communicated on daily basis using online messaging apps.

What was the team composition?

The team composition varied a little bit from beginning to end once project deliverable were understood. We had a main point of contact and several supporting developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not yet rolled our app out, the working project is very nice at this time.

The workflow was satisfactory.

working with international entities can be slightly more schedule oriented since there is the time difference and holiday differences. Not really an issue though.
