The work focused on mobile application development for our mobile payment solution. They develop for both Android and iOS utilizing cross platform framework called flutter. The application has two separate components, one for consumers and other one for merchants. Additionally, they also develop a complete management web application where we could configure settings, manage users etc.

The measurable outcome is the delivery of thedifferent version of the apps which include user digital wallet for both android and iOS, the merchant wallet for both Android and iOS and the custom built web application for administration.

The vendor successfully met all deadline and demonstrated a well organized and sounds project management. They are always available to discuss every feedback I have through out the development phase. The project leader Mukul Gupta is really helpful and listen carefully to all the requirements I proposed and responded well.

Communication was key. We had daily scrums to review any questions, issues or updates. They were quick to get the tasks completed and move onto the next steps. Each task was fully completed and tested before going to the next one. Overall project was completed successfully.

The app was launched 3 months after development. We have had many iterations of bug fixing and other minor fixes. The development team has been perfectly helpful in assisting us with the solutions.
