Deliver a mobile app published in the Apple and Android marketplaces that will carry our vision of an end-to-end kitchen solution to enrich people's lives by assisting with planning, lists, shopping, cooking, and community. 

It must perform quickly, scale well, and be architected for further development phases. It should follow industry UX/UI, development, and security practices.

The project should entail the following:

• Detailed project plan and scope documentation.
• Wireframes for all key screens and functionalities.
• High-fidelity design prototypes.
• Fully developed app with implemented features.
• Integration with third-party and custom REST endpoints.
• Comprehensive QA test reports.
• Regular development releases to solicit client feedback.
• Published in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• To include all 'must have' features shown in our wireframe prototype and feature roadmap.
• To be zippy and a pleasure to use (subjective, but based on user feedback).
• To be reasonably free of bugs by passing our user testing without any remaining reported bugs.
• To take our input throughout the project and respond accordingly.
• To deliver it to the Apple and Android marketplaces.

We were very pleased with the project management. They completed within a reasonable timeframe (there was some flex due to new feature requests) and delivered with room to spare for two critical milestones and a time-sensitive demo event. They also communicated well, coordinated all QA testing and releases, processed bug reports and feature requests well, and were a pleasure to work with overall.

• We appreciated that the quality of service and the staff remained high through all project phases.

Our minimum viable product MVP solution is an app that uses a set of rules (and AI in later phases) to track and monitor the execution of the playbook by the Sales Development Representatives SDRs) and Account Executives AEs). This app will help us maintain a consistent sales process throughout the entire team. It will also identify any potential risks and allow us to make adjustments to our deal preparation and engagement as needed.

The work involves the development of the cloud-based software solution. The team at JSGuru is responsible for full back-end programming. We use a cloud-based project management solution to coordinate the work, and we have calls on a weekly basis to review.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From day one of working with JSGuru we relied on our own testing of the software to ensure progress was being made in line with our expectations. For the first few weeks we let JSGuru do the development without interruption, after which we then began testing on a regular basis to see progress and ensure all was being built well. We were very pleased with what we saw.

Excellent project management. JSGuru provides daily updates at the end of each work day, detailing what was done for the day and what they will be working on the next day. They have always been available at a moment's notice for virtual meetings or in-person meetings. We as well communicate via WhatsApp and email, and always receive instant replies to all queries.

We like the culture. They are hard working, always find solutions, and never say that something can't be done. They find a way. They are additionally very organised, which we put a very high value on. This is a culture that fits perfectly with ours.

The product required both backend and frontend development, cloud hosting, as well as certain integrations. Additionally, we required a Website promoting the tool as well as allowing free and paid access to the tool.

We have developed documentation, Website, and required hosting framework. Importantly, we have built the MVP and continue implementing improvements based on user testing.
