We searched on google and found Krimanj Technology services' contact. We visited their office personally and had a meeting with the CEO . Looking at their previous experience and infrastructure, team experience, we decided to go with them.

First we had a consultation call that helped us to explain the needs of the site and goals, then a plan was presented for 1daywraps specifically, a account manager was assigned and they created reports and bench marks for us

Results have been great. We wanted to see our website being ranked on first page in the international searches and it did. Some keywords were highly competitive but KTS team managed to get results for the same.

They were very structured and they sent us timely reports and key word rank report.

Commitment to result and sticking to budget.

We would have been happier if they could have given more ideas on the website functionality from their side.

I am the owner of the Travel Company. We offer custom travel planning, for individuals, multi generation families and small and medium size companies/executives/employees. We also customize experiences and activities based on clients interests.

We used the services and expertise of KTS to build a website and application to directly interact on a B2C basis and motivate clients with best options for their travel.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were searching for a professional, reliable and trustworthy both for short and long term services and also ongoing support for any updation and modification of our website. We found KTS on Linked in and reached out to Mr. Vivek. After initial conversations we were confident of their services and deliveries once work was assigned to them.

I hired the KTS to build a web application & website for our business where we are dealing with clients. We started the engagement with a discussion about what I wanted. KTS then came up with a formal business requirement document based on our discussion. After that, they provided a functional requirement document and took the time to explain how each phase of the app would be built, who would play what roles, and what technology stack to use. They ended up using Vue for the frontend and PHP Laravel for the backend and admin panel.

I’ve worked with a business analyst, a project manager, one frontend developers, one backend developer, one testers, and a delivery manager from KTS.

KTS delivered all as per our requirements and met our expectations. We were happy with the final product and their commitment.

Mr Vivek CEO of KTS personally discusses and works on the requirements and offers the best solutions for our needs. He has been very clear with his communication and on time delivery.

Promptness and personal attention.

In the testing phase we had certain improvements which were suggested by them to enhance client interaction which they implemented and made a difference. However KTS can focus on improving with gaining deeper knowledge about industry specifics.

We needed help in e-commerce development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Krimanj developed our e-commerce platform using WordPress. They followed our designs in building the site, and they installed it with the plugins that we needed. The site is responsive for both mobile and desktop, and it operates quickly and efficiently. 

Krimanj made a test version of the site before launching it. They’ve already completed the site, but they’re still working with us for some site updates.

Krimanj found us on LinkedIn. We partnered with them because they were willing to start working without any deposit, which took the risk element out of the project.

We’ve started working together in June 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Krimanj has delivered a functional website. Generally, people are liking our platform — our third-party vendors are saying the site is well-made and good-looking. 

How did Krimanj Technology Services perform from a project management standpoint?

Krimanj has been excellent when it comes to project management. They’ve done a good job of keeping the project on time and within budget. We’ve made scope changes, but they’ve been accommodating with our requests. 

Vivek is responsive, and he gets back to us within the day. We never had to wait for issues to be resolved, even on weekends. We communicate through email and WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The value that Krimanj provides is impressive. They’re much more cost-effective compared to other providers. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hire them. Communication is a two way street, so be specific with your needs and expectations. Have open lines of communication for them to participate in.

I originally found them on LinkedIn, and we tried out a small project with their team. That went well, so we started a more ongoing business relationship with them from there.

Our first project was in 2010, and we are continuing to work together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our customers have always been very satisfied with the work that they delivered, which has allowed me to continue to recommend their services. Everything has gone very well so far and their websites continue to provide value for my customers.

How did Krimanj Technology Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a good job with project management for the money that we are paying them. Since they are an outsourced company, they really just execute the specific instructions that you provide to them, but they do that very well. Deliverables are always provided on time, and we’ve never received any complaints.

We communicate as necessary for whatever project we are working on, which can be relatively frequent or with a few months in between contact. We have built up trust over the course of the relationship so I don’t worry about monitoring them too closely.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their price makes them incredibly accessible. Their quality of work would be far more expensive to do in-house or get from an agency in the US or Western Europe.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is always room for improvement, but I don’t think there is anything in particular that I would change about them in exchange for a higher price tag.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is just to make sure you understand that you have to invest time into work like this. You save money in the long run, but you have to be very specific about your requirements and understand their process in order to get the value that you are looking for out of the project.

Krimanj Technology Services provides development services. Their team creates products ranging from e-commerce websites to web applications. When we have a need for their skills, I give them a brief and explain the project. Then, they return with a plan for the project. For example, when their team creates a website, they return with a frame for the product. If they're building a web app, we would go back and forth to ensure the platform fits our needs.

My clients get good leads and feedback from end-users of the products that Krimanj Technology Services produced. I'm happy with their work too. They worked on my website and it has good engagement. Since my clients are happy,  they keep coming back for other services so business has increased.

The frequency of our communication depends on the project. Their turnaround was quick—sometimes one or two business days. They always complete work on time, if not earlier. Vivek’s always available when I need him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team’s knowledge is their most impressive quality. They know about newer technologies that work fast and are able to resolve a lot of issues. When you have programs, there are bugs here and there. Their team’s always quick to resolve them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Other than establishing an office in the US, no.

I’m the owner of MBI International, Inc., a wholesaler of copier and printer supplies. We sell online and also have an organic database of customers that consists of copier dealers.

I wanted a website that customers could visit and be confident that we’re a legitimate company. That was the scope of our initial engagement, but Krimanj Technology Services also suggested other improvements.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I collected a gallery of websites that I liked, and I pointed out the different styles, content, and layouts that I wanted to be reflected in my site. Krimanj Technology Services then designed a fairly basic informational site, using the suggestions I provided. They also temporarily had a content writer, but I eventually took over writing, and they put the copy onto the site. They even made a second site that was more complex and served as an online shopping solution for my customers, but I haven’t done much with it yet.
