I am a Producing Branch Manager for Fairway Independent Mortgage. We are a mortgage lending team that serves clients who are buying and selling a home, or looking to refinance their current mortgage.

We hired Kyro Digital to produce a video for us.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed the video to capture our “Client Experience” and communicate our uniqueness and value to consumers.

We were referred by a business partner of ours who also uses Kyro.

The Kyro team worked with us to better understand what we do, how we do it, and the value we bring. They sat through our experience as a prospective client to see it through the audiences’ eyes. We then spoke with a writer, chose our actors, and scheduled a time for the shoot.

They brought in a five-person film crew and two actors. Once the video had been shot, they worked with us on edits and re-recordings as necessary. The video will be available online and direct to consumer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video was just completed, but we are thrilled with the outcome. We expect it to have incredible results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was impeccable. They always worked with us to accommodate our schedules and the Post-production edits were easy and seamless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by Kyro’s knowledge of video production and their creativity. They had a professional, top-notch team that perfectly portrayed what we do, how we do it, and why we do it.

I don't see how they could improve.

Video was meant to drive interaction at a trade show to introduce a new feature. The demo area was busy during floor hours and meaningful clients were engaged.

Project was delivered early working with a very tight turnaround. The team was hands on and provided constant updates and communication. Given the timeline we had, these guys are miracle workers.

Their can-do attitude and easy nature of communication are outstanding. Most of all was the end product. Far exceeded my teams expectations.

I’m a co-owner of an online group health coaching company. We’ve developed a program that helps sick people who’ve been written off finally get well again.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kyro, and what were your goals?

Our message is simple but complex. We wanted a short video that was able to take the complexity of the topic and spell it out visually. Our goals were to have a powerful video that left people knowing exactly why what we do is different and why they need to act on it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched quite a while, looking at different companies and comparing and communicating with them back and forth and in the end Kyro was the clear choice. They wanted to act as an extension of our company and not merely produce a video and be done.

There were many steps or stages and I don’t have the memory recall to list all of them lol. None of it ever felt unnecessary and in fact, the opposite was true. There was a period of meeting to understand the vision. And then a general outline. Then it got further detailed until we were all ready to start the animation process. Then there were a few stages of that as well. They also effortlessly worked with/around the many delays on our end.

We worked with Justin and he was phenomenal through every step of the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have yet to launch the video into motion but our gearing up to do so and our very confident it will help grow our business significantly this year and beyond. Everyone who we’ve shown it to is in love. The face of the company said he got chills watching it.

The communication was fluid and timely on their end even when we were slow to reply sometimes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The number one most important separating factor of Kyro was they cared like they were an extension of your company. Not just a company you hired who produces a result and moves on. We look forward to continuing our work relationship with them in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thinf I would suggest would be just adding slack as a method of communicating but that is not because of any lack of communication on their end. It’s solely because that is where we live as a business as far as communication goes.
