I'm the CEO of CONNECT, a social networking company. We host apps and tools for end users, like our new social media app, CONNECT, which combines the best features from other platforms.

We needed help developing our new social app, CONNECT, which is a social media platform with the best functions from Telegram, TikTok, Zoom, and more. We needed a web app and Android and iOS apps.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Liveupx is developing the entire platform. They have taken over all tasks, from the graphic design to the technical setup. We're starting from scratch to develop a modern community platform for users, creators, and networkers. The range of functions is huge, and it's a mammoth task to program this platform and app without errors. The team has mastered the task with aplomb.

What is the team composition?

We work with around ten people from Liveupx.

How did you come to work with Liveupx?

It was an exciting coincidence. Someone contacted me on Telegram as an employee of Liveupx. I used the website chat to inquire whether the employee existed. Of course, he didn't exist, but that's how we got talking, and we've been partners ever since. Their support was just so friendly that we decided to work together.

We started working together in January 2025, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform's functions are currently being expanded daily, and the staff is friendly and fast. Errors are rectified as quickly as possible. The fact that we can already use most of the functions live on CONNECT shows how good the team is. We now have a 1,000-user base.

It's a completely new platform, and the functions are innovative, so the whole process is a success. Users are happy to stay on CONNECT, and the user base is growing every day. Liveupx also helps with marketing, fundraising, and more.

How did Liveupx perform from a project management standpoint?

The delivery time was slightly misjudged; my project was much more complex than expected. However, the team worked all the harder, working weekends and nights. I was aware that the schedule was too tight, and you have to be patient. The team did a great job. If they were faster, they would do magic. We are extremely satisfied with their work and communication.

We communicate via WhatsApp and CONNECT. The team answers messages around the clock.

What did you find most impressive about them?

My contact with Jay, my partner there, is impressive. The CEO is also using our product to see what his company made. They're always friendly and here to help. Their team asks every question.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Apart from the time details, everything was and is perfect. They could relieve some of the pressure regarding the times.
