I’m the CEO and co-founder of Bright Marbles Group Holding, a premium software service and digital development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Marble IT?

We don’t have enough people to cover our products, so we created a strict program that enables us to preselect talented software developers through outsourced staff augmentation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marble IT has become our primary outsourcing partner to supplement our many development projects. So far, we’ve hired two engineers for a forecasting platform and two frontend developers for React Native development.

They essentially provide us with the necessary manpower to support our clients for their development needs, and maximize our efforts to scale a project up or down.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with several developers over the partnership, but we're currently working with two people on a client project.

I’ve known the founders and CTO for a long time since we belong in the same industry community. We approached them and went through the process to find out that they were a cultural fit for this project, so we decided to work with them.

The developers that we’ve engaged with have strong development expertise, so we’re really satisfied with the level of talent Marble IT provides for us.

We handle the project management aspect and control the velocity of the process, so they strictly adhere to our timelines. Thus far, We have a 100% success rate as no client has ever canceled a project.

We typically communicate through Microsoft Teams, Slack, Skype, phone, and email.

Marble IT is a premium partner with highly motivated and talented developers that exhibit a strong culture. We’re impressed with their sense of purpose and flexibility when it comes to adapting to the scale of the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re a young company with a lot of room to grow, and I think they should start with making improvements to providing full-cycle development.

Other than that, they’ve been really agile, communicative, transparent, and responsive to our concerns.

I would advise being transparent and communicating directly with the CTO at the start of your engagement.

The project included an in-depth user journey and concept phase with involved parties, followed by the realization and pilot phase.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Deliverables are always peer-reviewed to meet their own high standard. The solution has been delivered to my own and the customer's satisfaction.

I value their lean and efficient management style, very direct communication within the team as well as with external stakeholders, and flexibility when it comes to adjustments based on client dependencies. Deadlines always have been met, even if it meant to put in some extra hours.

The quality of the solution is always the top priority for everyone involved. This aligns the interest and focus of each individual involved, simplifies the communications, and just makes it fun to work together, hit the milestones, and continuously deliver great solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. Definitely recommend these guys and hope they can continue their growth with such a great team spirit!

Marble IT has engaged in the process of research and code review, in order to understand the current state of the project and what needs to be done in order to prepare it for further development.

Technologies used were Unity and C#. After full understanding they embarked on code refactoring and bug fixing, until the code base was properly structured and the code became cleaner, meaning the project was ready for further development and easier scaling with new features.

We worked with Luka - CEO and Marko - Tech Lead, Stefan - Software Engineer. Both very professional and very responsive.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project's code base and technical organisation was significantly improved by re-structuring, implementing clean code principles, along with design patterns, SOLID principles and C# common practices. The result was that the project had progressed to a stage ready for further development, scaling and features/improvements.

The project management was great especially compared to other vendors we worked with. It ran very smoothly. We had recurring update calls and made good use of a PM system. All deadlines were met, and they always went over and above what they were meant to do.

We always had access to the team. They were very responsive and had a very professional and pleasant attitude throughout the project. Definitely experts in their field!

Key deliverables included a detailed project development plan, UX/UI designs, a fully functional technical solution, a tech lead audit, immersive user experiences throughout the entire narrative journey, assistance with platform releases, and a final report and documentation. Later, they smoothly support us with small change requests from the project stakeholders.

The successful delivery of a project within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget was a key success. Plus, their support after we finished was really valuable.

Marble IT had great ideas in the creative early stages of the product, after which they proposed a structured project plan that was meticulously followed, delivered on time, and utilized any feedback to make the experience even better.
